same issue here. I'm waiting for a payment of a license I sold in november 2016. I tried to contact them through email (no one reads it, never heard back) and on twitter (no one reads it, never heard back) :-)
I hope someone reads my message here and solve it just like it happened to you

Yes I did... but i think it's more effective if the picture's owner report copyright infringements to Facebook so that they can close the page if many photographers report it.

Hello, I would like to let you know about a facebook page that is using lots of stolen images from agencies, doing memes and not being willing to take them down with arrogant answers to messages. Facebook doesn't allow to file a copyright infringement on someone else behalf, so whoever's images were stolen should file the infringement request by themeselves, if interested. Here the page:

I only heard about Foap this week. My only doubt is about the personal information thay ask you to become "verified". They ask you to grant acces to your paypal account and have all kind of personal data taken from there, such as address, birthday and others...it never occured to me that any other agency ever asked me more than my paypal mail for paying me. What do you think about this? I'd like to give them a chance but this is really bugging me
