Hi have you received payout from MotionElements (to Paypal)? Mine is still showing as scheduled for October 17 which was yesterday.

I got 13,5 USD for the last quarter with over 90 downloads   Before the change I was getting around 8-10 USD for a download.

I just went to redeem my code from 2018 but it says it has expired The email I got back then said I had until July 2021 to redeem it. Is it possible to get it renewed or did I miss out?

What is the Creatas Video thing? I only received a few cents for videos sold through that.

You should be able to see credit sales for January here http://www.istockphoto.com/user_stats.php?Offset=0&DownloadsGraphFileType They don't match with the amount reported for them in the stats you can download from ESP - Royalties - Export.

When I go to the Royalties tab, then the Export tab and download the "iStock Historical Royalties" file all the past earnings stated there for each month are wrong when compared to this info http://www.istockphoto.com/user_stats.php?Offset=0&DownloadsGraphFileType and what I actually got paid. Anyone else have slightly different numbers there? And I don't mean just December, but all the months.

Does the sales graph show image sub sales for the last week of December? Mine doesn't, so wondering if they suddenly stopped. My credit sales completely stopped right before Xmas day too and haven't had one since. No PP sales for the whole month showing either.

I'm confused, because even with all the changes my December revenue is now about 1/5 of other istock months, despite being my BME on most other agencies. Plus no sales whatsoever in January yet, that's not normal.

what surprises me is that people are still uploading images of salad or christmas...and thy still accept everything.
in my opinion there are so many niche that still needs images cause if we analyze the photos 95% are copy of copy and similar subject.

The thing is the trending aesthetic keeps changing, both with food photography, lifestyle shots, graphic design etc. I'm personally more in favour of automatically deleting files that haven't sold in 5 or more years or something along the lines. Most of the uploaded stuff never sells. I'm also for stricter limits on uploading huge batches of similar graphics/shots.

I feel like i'm the only one who didn't have any of these sales ( on the contrary my normal ones almost stopped

When I go see my portfolio some of the recently uploaded images are not mine, at least the thumbnail/preview, when I click on them it correctly redirects to one of my files. Anybody has that happened? I'm thinking it is just some glitch because of the new layout and it will correct itself, but maybe I should contact support about it.

It happens to me too - some pictures with a lower number of downloads are higher up than those with a bigger one.

What I'm also concerned about is when I go to Catalog Manager and in the top right corner the number of downloads for this month is double the number reported on the main submitter page/month overview. Does the CM number include downloads that were cancelled or something?
