This is true. I stopped uploading to Adobe. I really think their user base is more photo heavy, not vectors. I mean, the company is the go-to for photo manipulation so it only makes sense.

Well I can't see any of my vectors which I've uploaded. It's empty. I guess those files are still in the review queue.
I wonder why you see your files in your portfolio, whether they are approved or not?! I don't see any files there...

But I can't see any progress respectively any stats whether my uploads are approved or declined.

How long does such an approvement progress take?

There's a new bug in the latest version of Deep Meta v3.7.2.

Saved Keywords of a former Image will not be transferred correctly when I copy/paste them into a new image.

They appear grey, although they were already checked in the previous image as green status.
I didn't had this error in the versions before.

Will there be a fix soon?

Seems that the programm doesnt delete keywords, although the option is active on copy/paste ?!
Please check this fact.

After hours and hours of synch it seems to work now - finally!

I have problems to completely synch my batches in the latest DeepMeta Version 3.3.2.

After I hit the Synch button it synchs for hours and feels like hanging or it's stuck.
Furthermore old batches are deleted or just hidden now (perhaps because they didn't get synched?!).

Does someone have a workaround here? I don't want to loose my batches because I've got more than 70 now.

Hope there will be a fix soon.
Maybe someone have a workaround for this issue?

I get an internal Server error if I try to upload stuff in DeepMeta.
Furthermore I cannot access the ESP page.

Anyone got the same problems ?

I wanted to give you a short feedback about the given solution:
It really works as you described!

I've changed the upload region to "US West", updated DeepMeta3 to the latest version, and now my vector + illustration files are getting uploaded correctly @ ESP. No further issues now!

I have some issue depending the upload with DeepMeta3 and Vector files.

Generally the upload process itself works fine with DeepMeta3.
I always upload eps+jpeg (high res) files and they always gonna be queued for the getty reviser.

But: After the files are checked and approved, I receive the following messages:
The ESP system says "NEEDS REVISE".

To fix this, I have to login myself into the ESP system and choose the right batch and add the JPEG files manually again to every vector file. The system/reviser message says, that the jpeg files are broken and I have to re-upload them.

This problem concerns _EVERY_ vector upload I make with DeepMeta3.

Is this problem already known?
Any hints?

Maybe I'm doing something wrong. ;-)

This is what I did. After uploading eps8 failed I tried with eps10 and it also failed. only the jpeg is uploaded, the vector not.

Did you check whether your file has open paths?
Sometimes they decline EPS files with open paths - they must be closed.

There are some scripts around which are checking your paths in illustrator.
Just google "open paths illustrator script", then you will find some useful threads.

(btw: DeepMeta3 is a free uploading tool for iStock/ESP Getty) ;-)

2) Upload your content like this:

• one eps file
• one jpeg (high res / generated out of the main eps file you are uploading)

Known issues with DeepMeta 3:
At the moment all my vector uploads are broken/damaged after I've uploaded them via DeepMeta3?! I receive the message "Needs revision" after some days via ESP.

I tried the following - this seems to work:
You can click into the batch which needs this "revision" and edit your uploads manually. In my case the uploaded jpegs were broken - I've added them manually via the ESP-system.

Wow it really seems to work .. finally.

I just see the stats of january 17, but I've learned to be satisfied with that now. ;-)

Will there be stats available soon in DeepMeta3 (like in Version 2)?

Can't change the language also.
I am German, but I always keyword my images in English.

Now I have always to delete every single English keyword in DeepMeta and have to add German keywords.
That's too time intense. The new version is pure chaos now.

I didn't find a way to change any setting for this - even checked ESP for this.
Any help?

Seems to be a vector upload problem.

Illustration uploads are working fine for me - just tried a jpg illustration and it worked well!

I am using Win 7.

I have problems with the WEB Uploader too. It just stops.

With FTP the files will be uploaded, but I don't see them on the website.
Do I have to do something, to get those ftp files into the backend?
