Its been 4 times now. They postponed my payout.
At the 2nd month, they claim that i have not completed my new tax info.
But now its almost 2 months since i complete the tax, still no payout.


Anybody with the same problem?

i have about 2000 footage at Pond5, and make steady 8-10 sales every month for about a year now.
Suddenly my sale stop a month ago and make nothing for 40 days. Am i in trouble?

Have u ever been rejected due to wrong res?
My video actually had been rendered 3840x2160 n accepted at pond5 n ss with no problem at all
But the same video batch rejected at videoblocls due to they detect my res as 3840x2162.222

Du u hv any idea how to resolve this issue?
