I can't believe Adobe is doing this after all these years. An "unlimited" plan just means my work will be given away for next to nothing while Adobe makes more money. Don't tell me this is good for contributors — it's not. It's exploitation, and I'm honestly furious  >:(

Adobe Stock / Re: Delay in Payouts???

Yes, same here  :(

So, there's no payment this month for us  ::)
Nothing surprises me anymore when it comes to Shutterstock  >:(

No,  I received an email too, but no payment. I wrote to support and they said

There have been delays with Payoneer accounts payments, we have no further news on this situation but Shutterstock are still hoping to fulfill payments as usual by the 15th.

Thank you so much, Igor!

I have already given all the important information to support, screenshots, etc. Maybe I'm just impatient  :D , but I had the feeling that I was being ignored.
I will certainly try again, I sincerely appreciate your help  :)

Igor, please, can you explain to me how you managed to succeed?
For days now, I've been trying, I've sent messages to Adobe support, but without success.

I tried through live chat with agents, but none of the Adobe support agents wanted to help me. They say they will help me, but then they don't respond and leave me waiting.
They say that some other agent will help me, but they just end the connection.

I'm truly deeply disappointed, I don't understand why suddenly I can't use the bonus code, even though there haven't been any problems before. I simply don't understand why they're doing this to us, it's not right.

Thank you Igor  :D
I will definitely try, thank you

same problem here:

This code is from a country or region that does not match your Adobe ID.

Last year I could use the bonus program without any problems, what has changed in the meantime? I don't really understand.

obviously, they don't really care about contributors, no need to explain anything, no real communication.  Good luck to everyone!

I wrote to the support too
and got the following answer:

Payments are made monthly. Unpaid Earnings reset to zero in the first 3 days of the month (longer at weekends and holidays), then you get an email telling you how much you will receive. Finally your payment will be made between 8th and 15th of the month

If your Unpaid Earnings do not reset to zero following reaching your minimum payment level then there is an issue with your settings. Please check your account information is correct and your tax form has been accepted in the last three years old.

If your Unpaid Earnings have reset to zero but the payment has not arrived in your account by the 15th of the month then the problem is likely to be with your account (PayPal, Skrill or Payoneer) receiving the payment. You will need to check with them to see if there is a problem.

Some money may be withheld for tax purposes, check your Payment History to see if this has happened.

If a payment fails the system will try and make the payment again next month until successful.

Thank you both, Okili76 and Kevin, I hope the problem will be solved soon

Still nothing here, hopefully we will all receive it soon. My payment history also shows that payment was sent,  strange indeed

I usually never come on the forums, but this announcement, this was just too much. Bad news for all contributors who spend their time uploading good work.

In this difficult time, when we're already making such a small cut from our own content

- instead of help, you Adobe decided to hammer a nail into the coffin.
