Hi there, I'm currently facing the same exact issue. It's been over 60 days since I've appealed my case with 0 response from them. Could you please share the email you sent them that got them to reply? Or anything else you did that helped get your case/account reinstated? Thanks in advance! Hi everyone,

I'm wondering if anyone here has had a similar experience.

My Shutterstock contributor account was disabled on April 16, and I immediately submitted an appeal with all the necessary evidence and documentation. In their reply, they mentioned the review would take 30 to 60 days.

It's now well past 60 days and I've still received no update. I've already sent a follow-up email but haven't heard anything back yet.

Has anyone else gone through something like this?

Did you eventually get a reply?

Is there anything else I can do to speed up the process or escalate it?

Appreciate any advice or insights. Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone, every time I try to upload a property release, it shows me this error:

"Error 17: A critical error has occurred in our system.
Please try to repeat the last action in few seconds (or minutes). If the problem persists please contact our technical support and provide the following log."

Their livechat is also not helpful so I'm stuck at what to do. Anyone else had the same problem and can share solutions?
