Thanks Stoker2014, I checked my camera, no problem to set to NTSC, optical cable for faster internet I will get within 24 months. In the meantime I will restric bitrate to 80-100Mb/s and I will learn video techniques. I wish you all great light into your lens. Thanks

Thanks Stoker2014 now things are much clearer to me. I tried 60Mb/s bitrate and on my 27inch monitor i did not see any differnce. The question is whether majority of potential buyers look for best quality, or most of them are OK with like 60Mb/s bitrate. I bought Lumix S5II for video, and noticed, that I can just set frame rate to 25fps, or 50fps/Europe/. No 30fps or 60fps Mostly I shoot 50fps. I learned just basics on daVinci, since almost all videos I slow down from 50fps to 25fps. Also I set my camera: 420/10-L, because I have free version of daVinci. Thanks again

Great news, SS just approved my videos: shutterstock.com/g/OttoPles/video Those bulky files were not approved, because they are over one minute /1,05/ The lenght is the key factor as well. My 26 second clip is: MOV, 473MB, total bitrate 147000Kb/s Do you think I can make it smaller? If I set in daVinci Resolve export restriction to 100 000 kb/s the size get app 10% smaller. That the way is suppose to be. Thanks a lot.

Thanks guys, I upload to main stocks, what you can see in the collumn on the right: SS, adobe.... Transfering speed in FileZilla is around 300Kib/s I also think that my videos are too bulky. How to set daVinci Resolve export to get smaller file? Thanks

Hello everyone, besides of photos I just started to upload videos. I have this speed internet connection: 30/2 Mbit App. 1 GB video takes roughly 3 hours to upload. Is not that toooo long? Also, 2 the same lenght videos one is 300MB and the second is 700MB. Why is that? I use daVinci resolve. Am I suppose to compress, or make videos smaller? Any advice highly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello everyone, I have my account on esp.gettyimages site where I submit my photos. All sells what I made from this site are from iStockphoto collection or iStock essentials, NO getty images. Is there a gettyimages collection where I can submit photos as well? And yet there is istockphoto.com web site! Can I submit my photos also on that site? Thank you in advance for clearing this up.

Thank you Jo Ann Snover, I got it. I saved my images in Adobe RGB. Now I always convert my profile to sRgb. I have Adobe RGB set when I open Camera RAW. Maybe I should set Camera RAW to sRGB profile. Thanks again

Hello everyone, when I edit my mostly urban architecture photos in PS, they look good to me with vivid colors. BUT when I look at them in my portfolio, they have dull colors. Do you oversaturate your urban architecture photos?

Hello everyone, I am new to vectors, I use Inkscape 1.2 version. I noticed that vector where I use blur-shadows and gradients turn out rasterized when save as an .eps file. Is there a way how to avoid this? I noticed that infographic vectors have lot of blurs, shadows and text. Do they use a special method to save it as an eps vector? Thanks.

Hello everyone, recently I started with vectors and I would like to know whether I can submit the same vector to more stockagencies? I already submitted a few vectors to SS and I want to be sure before I submit elsewhere. I plan to Adobe, SS, Dreamstime and that is. Can you recommend some other vectorstock? These days I dont expect much, but every dime counts. Thanks a lot.

Hello everyone, a few days ago I have submitted an image of mountain with oil painting filter to all major players and they all rejected it. SS wrote: Post-Production Technique -- Image contains quality issues due to cloning, isolation, or other post-production techniques. Adobe rejected it because: non compliant content...etc. Question: How am I suppose to submit an image to SS and to others main agencies with artistic filter on it? Thanks a lot. BTW I wanted to insert the image, but when I hit: insert the image, nothing happens.

Hello everyone. I have started stock in July last year. I am learning step by step. Would you please tell me your opinion: Generally speaking creating a sets doe's it help to sell images, or not? Also, I submit to every site separately, thru FTP. Do you use StockSubmitter? Does it work smoothly? Thanks a lot.

Thanks a lot guys, I appreciate any advice a lot. You know what they say: You don't see your own mistakes with your own eyes. And tell the truth, If I see my images what I submitted in July, I wouldn't submit them today. I was thinking like this: the more images I submit, the bigger chance I sell. Now I see, that I was wrong. AND YES, I have problem to isolated objects. I just put whatever I shoot on white table, 2 strobes on 45 on sides, 1 strobe above on background. ......and not happy with the result. I slow down and focus on the quality. And just for curiosity. From 77 downloads were 5 sky images. Isn't that ironic? Thank you again.

Hello everyone. I would like to submit editorial images for the first time, but not every agency accept them. I have my portfolio in SS, Dreamstime, AdobeStock, Getty, Pond5, Alamy, 123rf, Bigstockphoto . SS + dreamstime they accept editorial, but how is rest of them with editorial acceptance? Or is there any agency what specialized on editorial images? Thanks a lot guys.
