I wrote with site form and five days later received an answer from address: [email protected] and now I continue to communicate through e-mail. Maybe you can write to this address - I'm not sure how it works.

I invite everyone to write to IStock an indignant letter to them. They'll answer a standard response and then you can continue communication to show your discontent with their decision. Maybe it will have some effect - we can try.
