I had same issue, he downloaded my whole portfolio from Envato. They asked me for proof and I said it's all mine, I sent them one image and link to my other sites and they deleted the one image. I had to back and forth for over a month and finally got his profile deleted last week I found a number of my images in his account.
I sent a DMCA takedown to Freepix yesterday and got a reply that my images were removed and his account was blocked immediately.
Just checked and it's still there.

It updated I also got the e mail but see nothing
I received email from Adobe Stock a few minutes ago saying that they've added a second round of Firefly payments but I don't see it in my account. They said "A banner on the Insights > My Statistics tab in the Contributor portal provides the specific amount that was added to your account." I did select the "Other Payments" dropdown and it said "You have no other payments"
Does anyone else see anything?
I think waiting until the banners were visible to send the email would have been a good idea...

Dear Shutterstock Contributor,
As AI technology becomes more prevalent, Shutterstock is positioning itself as a leader in offering quality training data to customers while ensuring contributors are compensated for their content. In the coming weeks, Shutterstock will expand data licensing to our Video collection, enabling video content that would otherwise not meet the criteria for our traditional stock marketplace to be eligible for earnings under data licensing. Earnings on assets within this library will be paid via the Shutterstock Contributor Fund learn more about it here.
How it works:
Expanded Opportunity:
If Data Licensing is enabled in your account, video content that qualifies for data licensing will now be added to your Data catalog and will be available for licensing as datasets.
Submission Process:
Submit videos to Shutterstock as you would normally. Well review your submissions and let you know how theyre eligible to be licensedwhether through our web marketplace or exclusively for datasets.
Visibility:
Assets approved for creative licensing will be searchable on Shutterstock.com and will be eligible for datasets when opted in. Any assets included exclusively for data licensing will not appear in search results but will be visible to you in your Shutterstock Contributor Portal.
Youre in control of your Shutterstock content:
The account settings page of your contributor account provides options for you to have full control over how the content in your Shutterstock portfolio is licensed. Keep in mind that the more content in your portfolio, the more opportunities youll have to earn extra income.

All the images that show were previously chosen ones, none of the new nominated ones show so i wonder if this is the final chosen ones. Looks like 9 files out of 47 were chosen. I am sure the money will come soon.

They accepted me for video then my port from twenty20 (photos) got transferred as well. I think photos does better than video if I look at my breakdown. Marketplace hardly sells but I had like 3 market purchases. I just looked for my envato bestsellers on ss and couldnt find them. They have been on envato two years.
Can still happen of course.
their unlimited plan is still restricted to normal usage, which is what every unlimited agency plan I have seen is so far. They dont let you download the entire library on then plan.
It is more a really cheap subs plan.
But because they share 50% artists have good returns.

I would suggest to ask in their forums. But if you are adding prices, are you really in the video elements program? That sounds like the normal marketplace and i have never sold a video there.
Their system of marketplaces is very, very confusing. I am one of the few people that managed to get transferred from twenty20.
Need to start doing normal photos again and filling up the port I have there.
I wish they would take me for video.

Same happened to me. I thought it would start counting when my current plan expires. Okay, my current Photography plan expires October 2024. I just redeemed my new code (photography plan). Instead of extending my current plan, it left my current
plan intact (expiring on 10/24) and added a 2nd plan which expires 2/25. This is not what I wanted! I wanted to just extend out my current plan.
How do I fix this?

I've also ticked the box and my images was declined cos of mission releases mat said in a different thread that we could ignore the warning as long as we had clicked the right boxes.
most of what I declared as "photo" has been accepted, some were rejected for "quality", I will probably slightly edit then resubmit them as illustrations.
But the images that really look like photos even close up so far have gone through. Hasn't been many though, most are in the queue.
