Not all of them.  Mostly the ones with transparent png versions.

It won't show in your dashboard, but if you go to your portfolio, and look at it like a buyer, you'll see it.

It's weird, mostly on the older designs.

I checked and have the same with some of my png files. They are not AI generated. This is not ok.

The final cashout process does not trigger an email confirmation, so it's normal to not get one. We won't start sending payments until the site is closed and sales are finished, to ensure everyone gets paid their final account balance - so no worries if a sale comes in after you submitted your payment request.

Also, thanks to everyone for their support over the years. It's been a fun ride for the last ~20 years!

I will miss CanStockPhoto. It was the first site I registered to and, as Mantis said also, a fair agency. Which is rare these days. Wishing you all the best.

You can opt out of the data licensing in your account settings

Too bad they shut down. Sad to see them go. They were the first agency I joined many years ago and we got along well. Steady sales until last March.
Does anyone know what happens to our portfolio?

BTW I guess some customers might be going to spend remaining money by buying images, so we may see an increase in sales :)

Yes, I hope it'll add some more dolars to my balance before I request payment.
From the wording if you request now they will include all income up when the site closes.
Is that so? Where can I find this information?

They cost time and effort, so I let them be. Although some of them hurt my eyes. Now and again there is an unexpected sale. Not quite like the Vileda one mentioned above. Yet  ;D
The only ones I did remove are some old calendars.

I just tried the new form for the first time and it works fine. Metadata included, remembers choice not to sell the rights. I used Edge.

I see a 'O', a 'quote' and a 'link', no plus sign ...

Shutterstock.com / Start again at Shutterstock? Or not
« on: August 12, 2022, 20:05 »
May 2020 I stopped uploading to Shutterstock. I guess everyone here knows why. I didn't close my account or remove my portfolio though. And now I'm in doubt. After more than two years of not submitting anything I still get regular downloads. Most of them 0,10 (of course) but about 1/4 at a higher rate. So now I am considering uploading there again. Because I really could do with the money. Mixed feelings. Haven't decided yet. Wonder how other (ex)contributors feel about this, handle this.

Same here. Usually 95% accepted. Personally I don't see any quality problem with the photos that were rejected this week.
