Payoneer / Re: Payoneer now available as payout option on Pond5
« on: September 22, 2014, 13:27 »
@pkphotos: You should certainly choose the payment option that's best and most comfortable for you.

There are many advantages to Payoneer, and if you'd like to discuss some of them feel free to send me a PM. Our new Withdraw to Bank option, for example, is a great way to withdraw your earnings and is localized in over 70 countries. We also provide very competitive exchange rates which in most countries are lower than alternative options (which means more profits for you).

@Jljsxw: I'm very sorry to hear about this issue, and would like to follow up and see if there is any way for me to assist.

Can you please send me a PM with your Payoneer account e-mail, or the reference ID number for your most recent inquiry to our customer support department (would start with LTK)?

Payoneer / Re: Payoneer-some question for users
« on: August 12, 2014, 15:11 »
Thanks for considering Payoneer as your global payment solution!

We generally do recommend that you sign up through a site or company that you most primarily plan to use for receiving payments. Both in terms of usage fees and also available account services, this would generally suit you best - so a site such as iStockPhoto or similar.

You can of course receive payments from other sites to your Payoneer account, and aren't required to actually receive payments from the site you sign up with.

If you have any specific questions about the process, or concerns, feel free to ask and I'll be more than happy to assist.

5
do anyone know why payoneer charge $2 for standard loading when founds are received from P5 (and $5 for instant loading), on the SAME card that some of us use with other sites- istockphoto for example

While we do have general Pricing and Fees, some companies using our Mass Payout Service have slightly different fees. This generally occurs when the company chooses to subsidize some of the fees.

For this reason the cost for receiving a payment from a company may slightly vary (such as in the case you mentioned above).

Dear Nissim,

I would like to ask if  you could update me  about my dispute  LTK1216101783373X
Since the last email earlier this month I haven't had any more news on the dispute.

Hi,

In regards to how the merchant got the information, that is something that will also be investigated as part of the dispute. Both Payoneer and MasterCard take all matters related to security very seriously, and will do our best to follow up regarding this issue.

As mentioned previously, there are still strict regulations that must be followed related to disputes. At this stage it is being investigated, and there is a minimum amount of time that must be given for the merchant to review and respond to the dispute. As soon as there is an update we will notify you.

So, what is now???

Is PAYONEER / 123RF active or not?
In payment options on 123 site is PAYONEER not as an option.

I ask here because 123 support service is slooooow and I have 50 $ already...

Yes - Payoneer is active as a payment option for 123RF. If you are having trouble setting up your payment method, please do contact 123RF support and I'm sure they will be able to assist you.

Hi Jo Ann,

Great question. If you click on the "Receive & Withdraw Funds" button on our main website, you will be taken to the online application. Prior to submitting any information, you will have the option to view a list of pricing and fees.

As sign up via our website will allow you to receive payments from thousands of companies, and not only 123RF, you will not see the fee for receiving payments from them. That will be shown once you'd added 123RF as a funding source to your Payoneer account. The cost for that, however, is just $2 per payment (regardless of amount).

I'm very happy to share our latest announcement regarding our partnership with 123RF, a global leader in royalty-free digital media.

123RF contributors are now able to receive their earnings in over 200 countries using Payoneer's global payment solutions.

You can read the official press release here, or check out the official post on the 123RF blog.

@Jljsxw: I'm sorry to hear that your Payoneer card was charged without your authorization. Please note that once a transaction is approved and pending to be charged, Payoneer is prohibited from cancelling it. Of course, if the transaction was not authorized by you, we will file a dispute on your behalf and take all necessary actions to have the funds returned.

Payoneer is a fully regulated US company, and is required to comply with various online payment procedures and regulations. In regards to unauthorized charges, we must file a dispute with MasterCard, who will investigate the charge with the merchant in question and come to a decision. Payoneer will do everything we can to assist you in retrieving the funds.

If you could please send me a message with your Payoneer account e-mail, I will be happy to follow up and make sure your dispute has been filed. [email protected]

@Orchidpoet: In addition to your comment, which we did speak about via private message, I'd just like to clarify that this is not something specific to Payoneer. If you check with other prepaid card solutions, you will see similar charges for declined or unsuccessful ATM withdrawals.

Payoneer / Re: Payoneer now available as payout option on Pond5
« on: November 12, 2013, 15:31 »
This is something called a "cross border" charge, which is not specific to Payoneer and exists with many different online payment solutions, debit cards, and credit cards. You can do a general online search for that term to read more about it.

In addition to the Payoneer card, individuals getting paid from Pond5 or any other company that pays with Payoneer can choose to receive funds directly to their bank account. This service is localized in over 60 countries (and available to over 200), which means that we send funds from local bank accounts, in local currencies. For 6 major currencies we do so using rates of only 2% above the official market mid-rate at the time of transfer, which is an extremely good rate and better than most other wire solutions. At a cost of only $2.99 per transfer this is a great way to receive payments at a low cost.

Of course for anyone looking to receive cash in hand immediately, the Payoneer card still enables you to access funds literally within minutes, which has proven to be extremely beneficial to the millions of people around the world getting paid with Payoneer.

Payoneer / Re: Payoneer now available as payout option on Pond5
« on: November 12, 2013, 14:53 »
This topic is to notify anyone selling on Pond5 of new payout options. These include:

Global Bank Transfers - receive direct bank transfers to more than 200 countries, in over 50 currencies. Cost starting at only $2.99 per transfer with very competitive exchange rates. This is a much quicker and lower cost option when compared to traditional wire solutions.

Payoneer Prepaid Debit MasterCard Card - funds are available within minutes, to over 200 countries, with immediate access to cash in hand.

Regarding exchange rates, please note that funds are converted based on MasterCard's official currency exchange rates. While I do appreciate your feedback, our pricing is extremely competitive when compared to other available solutions and we offer account holders the flexibility to choose the option that works best for them. The Payoneer card offers may benefits, and so does our Global Bank Transfer Service - users should choose the option that works best for them.

Hi Everyone,

I'm happy to announce that we've recently partnered with Pond5 to provide you with new payout methods! You can now withdraw earnings from Pond5 via Payoneer, either to a Payoneer Prepaid Debit MasterCard or directly to your bank account.

If you are already selling on Pond5 and want to begin getting paid with Payoneer, simply sign into your Pond5 account, go to Contact Info & Payout Preferences and select Payoneer. If you are an artist or media maker and are not yet selling on Pond5, make sure to check it out by going to  http://www.pond5.com

iStockPhoto.com / Re: Payoneer
« on: October 23, 2013, 13:45 »

It is a common practice for other financial institutions to send PIN to my mobile phone, why is it not possible for Payoneer. When I am travelling and need access to cash, going to a public computer with internet access is just too risky.

Another issue I am having is this, say I withdraw cash from ATM, why is it that I got charged twice for a transaction?

We send a reset link to your account e-mail, which is confirmed in our system and the main method of contact we use. You can certainly access that link via mobile e-mail and navigate to the PIN reset form via mobile browser.

Regarding ATM charges, I'm not sure what you mean. We generally charge only a flat fee per cash withdrawal, and no charge for point-of-sale purchases. Perhaps the ATM you were using charged a fee of its own?

If you have a specific transaction to refer me to, please feel free to send me your account e-mail and the date/amount (via PM or email at [email protected]) and I'll be happy to check.

I'm very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your satisfaction. Card PIN issues are a very sensitive issue, and Payoneer is required to follow very strict rules and procedures regarding forgotten PINs.

Our customer support representatives are prohibited from seeing your PIN, which for security reasons can only be known by you (the cardholder). For this same reason we cannot reset it over the phone, the only solution is to send you a link you can use to set a new PIN using our secure form.

I understand that this may at times be an inconvenience, however financial security for our account holders is a top priority and as a fully regulated US company we strictly comply with all applicable regulations.

In regards to fees, we offer very competitive rates when compared to other solutions that are available. Services we provide in addition to the Payoneer card include global bank transfers, which start at only $2.99 per transfer and are supported in over 200 countries and 50 currencies.

Hi Guys,

Payoneer does provide an official payout solution for iStockPhoto, and many other stock photography companies worldwide. iStockPhoto does have their own branded Payoneer card, which I'm sure they offered you, however (as mentioned above) you can also link all your accounts with companies that pay with Payoneer to the same Payoneer account.

We generally recommend this as it is much more efficient and cost effective for you.

The Payoneer card is an excellent solution for you to receive your funds quickly, and at a low cost. If you have any questions about Payoneer, please don't hesitate to ask.

Thanks again!

Presumably you don't HAVE to pay into the bank - it can continue to function just as a prepaid (debit) card and as an alternative to making payments via Paypal online?

Currently we require that you choose to either receive payments to the Payoneer card, or directly to your bank. In the very near future we will be releasing a service that allows you to receive all payments to your Payoneer account, and then either use your Payoneer card to access the funds or withdraw them to your bank account (so you can choose).
