I have been uploading to Dreamstime for about 2 years. There are very few sales. All sales are $0.35. I wonder if anyone sells at different prices? For example, has anyone sold a photo or video for $5-10-20? While there are different prices and sometimes high prices on other sites, I have never come across this here.

In a forum in Turkey, a user talked about sales on Adobe that brought in around $60. I saw this a few years ago. I have been loading for 1.5 years and I have never had a sale of that amount. My highest sales were around $6, and that only happened once. Are there any sales that make a profit of 50-60 dollars?

Only 1 of the 145 selected photos was approved. Really this must be a joke.

Hello, About a month ago I changed the Data Licensing option to No on Shutterstock. Despite this, some of the photos I upload are still approved for data licensing. What would be the reason ?

I have 2300 photos in the Data Catalog and 28000 photos in my total portfolio. I only earned $55 in funds. Is this normal?

Hello, the number of images sold and their earnings are immediately visible on all stock sites. Only İstock-Getty Images reports this monthly. This is so annoying. Shouldn't they make a change in this regard?

How many downloads and earnings do you generate per month on Shutter Stock?
January 2024 -> 174 download February 2024 -> 162 download
Total number of photos: 27123 Total number of video: 212
What's the situation with you? If we regularly state our monthly earnings, we can be a reference to each other. I was earning $100 per month in the last 5-6 months of 2023, but these earnings dropped in the new year.

I had more than 2000 photos in Data Licensing in the last year, but I still have not received a contribution fund payment. Is this normal?

I have been loading SS for about 15 months. I currently have around 26000 images. I made 1350 sales and a total profit of $450. I think these numbers are not good. I hope for higher earnings.

I am joining from Turkey. I last received a participant fund payment in May 2023. I didn't buy it after that. Has anyone bought it recently?
I am also a Contributor from Turkey. The contributor fund was added to my account on January 29, 2024.
Are payments made to different people at different times? It's weird that I still haven't been paid.

I think there is no codec setting for the 4K shots I took with Osmo Mobile 3. It records as HEVC. HD footage is saved as H.264. I converted my 4k videos with the Media Encoder trial version, but my free usage period has expired. Is there a free translation program similar to Media Encoder?
Have you tried connecting your iPhone to your PC via cable and copying the video from the gallery to your PC? All my videos shot in H.265 via cable are copied to H.264.
In addition to Media Encoder, there are DaVinci Resolve, FFmpeg, and many other programs (but I dont know which of them are free). I think other forum participants will answer this question better.
I make my transfers via cable. There is no problem with the 4K video I shot with my iPhone's own camera. But when I shoot by connecting my iPhone with Osmo Mobile Gimbal, if the video is 4K, it is extended as HEVC.

Hi,
Shutterstock accepts videos I shoot and upload with my iPhone 11. But when I connect my iPhone 11 to the Osmo mobile 3 gimbal and upload the videos I shot, it gives a codeck error and does not accept it. Where might the problem be?
1. Are you shooting with the DJI Mimo app? 2. View the characteristics of your video in MediaInfo. 3. On iPhone 11, you shoot with the original iPhone app. 4. I can only assume that all these applications shoot with variable FPS. You need to change your video to a constant fps, such as 29.97 or 25. In any case, I recommend that you do not upload the original video to Shutterstock from your iPhone. Transcode your video in Adobe programs. For example in Media Encoder. You can change FPS in Premiere. 5. You may be shooting in the H.265 codec in the DJI Mimo app. Shutterstock does not accept this codec.
In any case, do not upload videos with variable FPS. Convert videos to constant FPS.
I think I found the source of the problem. When I shoot with DJI Mimo, there is no problem since Full HD images are recorded as H.264, but when I shoot in 4K, it is recorded as HEVC and Shutterstock does not accept it. Now the question is? How can we record in 4K quality and H.264 codec with DJI Mimo?
1. Look at the settings of the DJI Mimo application, perhaps you can select H.264 there. 2. Connect your iPhone using a cable to your PC and copy the video from the gallery, the video is copied in the H.264 codec. 3. Transcode H.265 using Media Encoder to H.264.
Your video still has a variable frame rate (fps). You still need to change the FPS to constant in the editing program. Accordingly, you still need to encode the video to the H.264 codec.

There are 11350 images in my portfolio. Mostly photos of Trkiye. There are only 16 sales and $5 in earnings this month. I earned only 220 dollars in 1.5 years at istock. This is a very low figure compared to Shutterstock.

I have been installing SS for 10 months. So far, I have made high-priced sales worth $60 twice and $25 twice. Other than that, all sales were low-priced.

SS last made the fund payment in May. Does anyone know when to do it now?
