The last few days I have not always got the contributor page by logging out and back in I get it back. Irritating but no big deal
How can I logout when I cannot log in? Or am I missing something?

So it appears that not logging in is not the only problem. I have just found out I did not get any payment during may, last one was on April 20

I sent them a ticket on May 6th.. After two weeks I receive a message which tells me that they answer me at some point.
"We will respond as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience"
Very professional, indeed.
Too bad I even tried "forgot your password" on login page but did not receive any "password recovery email". Btw. how did you contact them? Through the email I mentioned in my post?

Is anybody having problem to log in into iStock? I just wanted to check May sales and it looks like it doesn't know my login details. Wrote to support ( [email protected]) but I presume it will take days before I get any answer.

No change for me here. Just got 28 for EL and 27 for SOD. But I did not get the email so that might be it.

I am using it for any utra wide angle needs and I love it and would love it even for double price. Only big complaints I heard about this lens is a dust magnet but I try not to use it in extreme dusty conditions. So so far I do not have any troubles with dust inside the lens. It has unbelievable corner sharpness. Yes, very big mustache distortion but either use PTlens (also as plugin for lightroom) or custom made lens profile for LR that work almost as good as PTlens. Yes, we all got our $12 on 10/31/12 or so.
Maybe that exclusives get that pity payment but I can say an nonexclusive I don see nor a fcki n dime.
Can other nonexclusives tell about they experience.
The same here, not a single dime and whats even more "interesting", my photo that appeared on GD have zero sales on IS...so have no clue whats going on here.

I can only report quite considerate decrease - roughly 30% down. Usually one cannot expect increase in January but such big drop surprised me...
