Bigstock.com / Editing images pending approval
« on: December 16, 2008, 09:43 »
I uploaded some images and then I noticed the model release was too blurry to read.  I want to edit the pending images to attach a clearer model release.  I can't seem to find a way to do it on BS.  Is there a way?  I just want to prevent them from being rejected for unreadable model release.

I just got accepted today.  It was my 3rd attempt.  I listened to advice from people on this forum and applied it to my submission.  They approved 9 out of 10.

Well thanks for all the responses!  I just returned from a carribean cruise and got some amazing shots.  I just took 10 shots of the same subject and changed the settings everytime.  Now at least 1 of the 10 was in focus.  Needless to say I went through some cards.  The camera I have is a Sony A100.  Somehow a few of my pictures have noise even though I used ISO 100 and it was a sunny day.  The noise was located in the sky.  Not sure how that happend.

Thanks for the responses!  My camera has the self cleaning but I just returened from a mission trip to Nicaragua and I am sure that all the garbage in the camera came from that dusty, muddy trip. ;)

Newbie Discussion / Cleaning your sensor.

How often does everyone have to clean their sensor?  Also, do you clean it or have the camera sent in for a professional cleaning?  I read on the internet on how to clean your sensor on your own.  I went to Wolf Camera to buy the supplys.  The salesman said they don't carry the sensor cleaning gear and does not recommend cleaning it on your own.  He suggested that he should have it professionaly cleaned for $75.
