Not to hijack this thread, but I have a question about SS initial ten.

-If some (5) of my SS submission were good (5 rejected), can I inlcude those good 5 in my next ten (30-days later)?  Or does SS frown on that?

I've been accepted and have portofios (roughly 30-50 photos, still a newbie) on Istock, Dreamstime, Fotolia, Stockxpert, 123RF, Canstock, Bigstock, LuckyOliver and featurepics.  I'm averaging about 2 to 3 DLs per day now (via total of all sites).  I've submitted to SS twice.  All ten of first batch rejected (was the first site I submitted to, and the rejection was clearly justified).  On my second swipe (last week), I was at 50%.

Thanks for the thoughts...really enjoy this forum

Anybody have a portfolio on Feature pics..and if so, any success? They seem to be very lenient in what they accept (i.e., I have yet to receive a rejection, but just in the beginning phase of building portfolio).

iStockPhoto.com / Re: iStock admin page?

Thanks for taking the time with that info.  Oddly, within the Account Details section there is no "my uploads" option...yet I received an e-mail from iStock indicating the photos were "ok"...maybe I just need to wait awhile...although it's been two days since approval, and I re-uploaded them and keyworded them all.

iStockPhoto.com / iStock admin page?

I've received e-mails from iStock indicating some of my photos have been approved...but I don't see them in my searches.  Also, I can't seem to find the "account" page (i.e., the place that might contain my uploads/portfolio, keywords, etc)...where might I find this?  As a newbie, I'm reaching out to all you iStock veterans.

Great forum!  I just started with Micro Stock submissions, and wondering if anybody has any tips on the best system to track/monitor your image databases.  Specifically with relation to images submitted/accepted/denied/earnings per sites, etc.  I've been using a table in Word format with various columns, but looking for other ideas (spreadsheet, database, special stock mgmt software).  Same holds true for hard-drive image management (i just started using iview media pro...but am far from an organized stock library system). Any thoughts?

Adobe Stock / Fotolia Database

I'm a newbie, and really enjoying all the useful info on this forum.  I submitted, and secured approval, of 4 inital images to Fotolia (sone slow success on many others as well).  On my account page the status icon is green, indicating they have been selected an added to the database.  Yet, I don't see them when I search.  It's been 2 days.  Does it take some time to post, or am I supposed to re-submit?  Dreamstime images were almost immediately added upon approval.
