Now it hit me too.  Reason: "Image may be inappropriate for stock"
What's inappropriate about this? Sure, I know some people don't like muzzles on dogs, but I also don't like eggplants, no reason to forbid photos of them. In many European countries dogs have to wear muzzles in places like public transportations. It's a law - so what's inappropriate about showing a dog with a muzzle?

And what exactly is Dreamstime's plan here? Remove all photos in the database related to certain everyday topics so their customers have to go somewhere else if they need photos of these topics?  :o

Can confirm, in Europe muzzle in public transports is a law, even in some parks or outside areas.

The same here, last week 2-3 images, I said OK, they don't need them anymore. This week another huge bunch of images, all kids doing gymnastics or playing on the beach.
And the reason? Not a Stock image.
So, I assume, they don't want images with kids anymore.

And yes, all were good sellers. They are not even listed in refused images or deactivated images, they are just lost in Nirvana.

DepositPhotos / Re: Uploading Issues with Deposit Photos Only
« on: November 28, 2019, 13:33 »
I have no problems with payments, just got the last one without problems. But there are huge problems when uploading. I upload small batches, all files go well, but the last or last 2 stocks and the upload speed goes down. Normally a cancel upload process, refresh the side and upload the last missing missing 1 or 2 files separately, one after another. This is only way I've found that's working.

New Sites - General / Re: Is PressFoto dead or alive?

I've got an answer from support:
"Currently, we have stopped registration of authors at Pressfoto."

It seems that they are done with this platform and work on the next project, according to the details in the e-mail, called  Everypixel. At the moment only Beta version available, seems to be 'super-search-engine' over 18 agencies.

« on: November 15, 2019, 12:09 »
Hi,

I've just found one of the smaller "Middle Tier" and because last discussion to this site were in 2015, I wonder if they still exist. I've just checked the site for contributors and wanted to register myself as new contributor and I've got 'error 404 page not found' .
Has anybody some news?
Thanks.

Cutcaster / Re: Deleting images not possible?
« on: June 16, 2010, 12:15 »
You have to email John and he will delete them for you. There is no way for the user to do it. I don't know why they have a delete button that doesn't work. Maybe plans for the future.

thank you. Where can I find his e-mail?

Cutcaster / Deleting images not possible?
« on: June 16, 2010, 12:01 »
Hi John or anybody else yho can help me with this problem: I need to delete some images from my account, however when I click on delete button I get message 'Done' but nothing happens. No image was deleted. Is there any delay before updating database or something like this?
Thanks.

Cutcaster / Re: FTP Problems
« on: February 24, 2010, 03:17 »
New day, new problem :-)
I have uploaded a batch of ca. 80 images via FTP yesterday. After processing them via FTP-button, all seems to be OK. I have
sent some of them for review, the rest ca.60 images were in section 'to submit'.
I have log on today and what I see? All 60 images were automatically rejected (from section to submit) because of 'problem loading thumbnails'  even if there
were correct thumbnails before. When I have uploaded them yesterday, thumbnails were loaded correctly.

I have  already sent email to support.
Has anybody noticed the same problem?

Cutcaster / Re: Sales at CutCaster

Warren,

wow, I have no sales till now. What is your secret? :-)
Can I see somewhere on the CC which images were sold to give some idea what type of images are requested?

I'm still waiting since November or so...

It seems there are huge problem with FTP upload generally. I can't even log on FTP server because of error 'can not redirect to folder XY' since yesterday.

There are 3 things which frustrate contributors:
- no sales
- long pending time with too much rejections
- uploading not working

We just increased the firewall settings as well so that should fix the issue. Let me know if it does not. We have been testing this morning and it is working with no glitches.

tested again, problem still persists

Hi John,

yesterday the upload worked fine, today when I upload batch of files via FTP and process them, all will be automatically rejected because of low resolution. It's a really frustrated :-)

I'm also waiting for the new upload system announced months before... any news from Panthermedia team?

Hi John,

I have tested upload today and this error (rejected because of low rejected because of low resolution)
happens even if I upload 2 files via web. Uploaded 2 files, in few seconds 18 images were automaticaly rejected (thumbnails were also missing).
It seems to be generall problem, not only with FTP.
Thanks.

Hi John,

I have today following problem. I have uploaded several files using FTP and after processing FTP uploads all are automatically rejected because of low resolution even if they are in original size ca. 12.7Mpix. When I click on button Process FTP uploads several times, number of rejected images is still growing very fast even I have uploaded just few files.

Can you check it, please? Thanks

Nop. Payment requested in November.
In January further payment request.
No payments received yet.
Last images reviewed sometimes in October.
I think, Crestock is dying definitely. I see no activity on the side at all.

Thanks a lot. I have found 2 of my images too... What is the best way how to remove them? Should I write email to Flick with the link to my FT account and also Fotolia too?
