When i import files in pending folder, no thumbnails are showing. Anybody with the same problem?

My newer vectors at Fotolia are shown as pixelated previews. I believe that is damaging the sales.Does anybody else have this problem? I use Illustrator CS2 and Firefox 3.0.6 and save vectors in svg.

Nothing yet! People im considering closing my portfolio, this stinks! No MB payout, no reviews, some problems even with paypal.Im not happy.No excuses show me the money

Ive received an email also stating that Crestock still has MB troubles. It pleases me that they have recognized the need to inform us,
id be very glad to help in any way.But this is just a start of making Crestock PR job better. Ill be satisfied when i receive my money and when MB payment is automated, like with other agencies. Best regards from Slobodan

Josh ive had my payment done once through IBAN and i received HALF of my payment. The rest has been deducted from the sum by, i believe, various banks that money got through. Paypal isnt an option also, i cant withdraw money in bank in my country. The payment has taken so long, ive got response once after several mails and after posting here. And that was 15 days ago. No news since. Im sorry but i dont want to wait another month for something. Please inform us did You collect all the documents that You needed? Were they sent to Moneybookers? Can we as contributors and moneybookers users do anything to speed up this process?
The news about moneybookers installment are months old, how log does it take to solve the problem? Other agencies that had issues solved it in 10-15 day max.

So there is trouble with payments to paypal also? Come on people do something, im waiting for a month now. I guess its You not doing Your job and not Moneybookers.How long does it take to get necessary documents?

Thanks Josh for informing us in this matter. My complaint is directed at You this time because the latest news on Crestock site is ages old and it says that Moneybookers should have been installed months ago. Im sorry for Your trouble, now that im aware of them ill be even more patient than i was. But I dont like being kept in the dark and i dont submit my photos to Moneybookers, i submit to Your site. When my money is being held back at Moneybookers then my complaints will be directed at them.
I have received email from support, ive decided to wait for the resolution on this payment matter and im cheering for You to solve this problem.Solution will benefit us all.

I would like crestock to inform us on their main site about any payout problems. Ive used moneybookers for years and had no real problems with them. Nor did i find any such troubles with other sites regarding payouts. I would like to know what is the deadline for payouts, if it is 2 weeks that thats that, but like this, when we are in the dark... Not a good strategy from one of my favorite sites i must say :-)

Ive been waiting forever to collect my money. How come only crestock is having such problems with moneybookers and not other sites, even the not so successful ones? And not responding to emails sent to support makes me more nervous. Show me the money! No excuses any more.
