Kudos to Yuri.  I fail to understand the negativity here.  A great photographer doing well, sharing his knowledge about the medium as well as his business very openly with the world and still doing well,  launching his own site for direct selling, going places...why should I hate him again?  Oh I know, because I produce the same old images for the same old agency and consider my same old technique of isolating on white to be so valuable that I do not share it with anybody. Also I am always scared that someone somehow may get wind of that isolation technique and steal my business because I know that I have very little else to fall back on.  Ahhh, now that makes sense.   That would make anybody insecure, wouldn't it? I HATE YURI and I  dont want to cheer him because he is smarter, took more risks (and succeeded), and is more talented and resourceful than I am.  Also, he never cares about what I do and doesn't talk about my work but I always talk about his - makes me look petty.
