We actually should sue that guy.  How is it possible that he just not paying us and he is coming away with this!? >:(
Contributors should organize themselfs in a union or so to be able to handle cases like this where some arrogant "agencies" who simply decided not to pay us our royalties for sold and paid work!

I'm done with them. They owe me over 200 USD. I guess, I'll never see that money. Tried to contact them several times - no answer. So - I've deleted my portfolio there - dont want them to continue to sell my stuff and not paying me...

It's a difficult situation to be sure. However the option to delayed payments may mean that a good company goes under. I'd rather get my money later than not at all.
A good company would at least answer the emails of its contributors. I'm going to delete my portfolio at revostock.

I'm waiting for payment from revostock since several months now, four or five - I dont know. They continue to sell my content.... but they event dont bother to answer my emails and  questions, completely ignoring them... I'm very disappointed in this agency and I'm also going to delete all my content there..

Looks like my previous post was removed/deleted, why? Admin?

I've got the answer to my delete request on 123rf today and they already removed my images from Inmagine. After this happened, I checked at Dubistock and couldnt find any of my images there - the proof, that images came from Inmagine!

I got an answer email from 123rf support regarding my opt out question:

"Thank you for your email.

Kindly note that the removal of your portfolio once you have opt out from the API Partner Program will take around 2-3 days.

In regards to your portfolio from Inmagine, we are currently working on making the opt out from inmagine feature available in 123rf. Please give us some time to make the feature available.

Hope this clarifies. Should you have any more inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us again.

Have a nice day!

Best regards,
Your Submissions & Review Team"

My images are not at Inmagine any more and I also cannot see any of my images at dubistock.

maybe there are your images too: http://dubistock.com/
the same game..

Why do you think it is the same game?
Dubistock does not seem to belong to Inmagine?

Looks like it does. See the copyright watermark on the images at dubistock - they are the same like at inmagine.

I found all my Middle East images on their site too, no authors name on files, nada...
Just opted out the partner sales at 123rf!
Anyone knows how long does it take untill the images disappear from Inmagine?
I also send an email to 123rf support with this question.

Ok guys, minutes after I had a telephone call with fotolia agent in Germany they withdraw the money to moneybookers.  ;D
I wish you all that you'll also get your payout soon. Hopefully fotolia will improve their payout system!

Wikipedia says that Fotolia was founded in November 2005. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fotolia
In German fotolia forum one of the admins said that they will process all payout requests which were made until middle of march until the end of this week.
