I've got exactly the same issue. I've sent three emails since last week and had three responses from them saying the issue is fixed...but it isn't.

I received a suspicious looking email saying my Getty Tax information was expiring...anyone else?

I emailed them about 5 weeks ago with no response...

Four months waiting for payment now. Great business model...they sell our images but don't pay us. I'm amazed that they are still online and operating...what colossal gall.

As far as I can see, even if you mark a clip editorial in your submission, there is still nothing to indicate that the clip is for editorial use on the customer's purchase page for that clip. If that's the case, marking something editorial is only a search function. That means that somebody could still buy an editorial clip and use it accidentally for a commercial purpose because it isn't marked as such.

Adobe Stock / Re: Adobe Stock Contributor Portal Updates

Hi Mat,

@emblem: Not all Pond5 Content will be available at Adobe Stock. If you are currently submitting videos to both agencies, I recommend you continue to do so.  As I have more information to share about Adobe and Pond5, I will be sure to post here.

-Mat

OK thanks for that Mat...

Adobe Stock / Re: Adobe Stock Contributor Portal Updates

Hi Mat,

With Adobe now being a member of Pond5's Global Partner Program...I would like some clarification on whether we should keep uploading video to Fotolia/Adobe or vice versa. I gather the issue of duplication of files on both sites must be a problem. Thanks.

The downloaded file actually says this: 'Due to maintenance work our services are currently not available.
Please try again in a few minutes.'

123RF has died for me as well over the last four months.

CanStockPhoto.com / Re: Canstockphoto.com Site Weird Behaviour
« on: February 06, 2017, 02:36 »
I've had all sorts of problems accessing the site in the last couple of days as well.

Same here...last three payouts have taken over two months each. They don't reply to emails anymore either. Makes me wonder if they are in trouble.

Adobe Stock / Re: Fotolia no longer accepting contributor accounts

Doesn't make any sense running two identical stock sites in the long term...fairly obvious what will happen I think.

Dismal this month. Worst for years.

Same here...wonder why?

I'm baffled by microstockcredit card fraud. I completely believe that it's happening, but what the heck kind of thief steals a credit card number and uses it to buy a digital photo? Where is their ambition!? What happened to brazenly walking into Target and walking out with a flat screen tv?

Yeah hard to believe why someone would use a stolen credit card to buy a photo...especially when you can download so many illegally. Video is not as readily available for free I suppose.

123RF / Re: Images in "pending" forever...
« on: April 11, 2016, 20:41 »
I can't get any images or footage reviewed now without sending an email...not a great way to run an agency.

Pond5 / Re: Pond 5 review changes
« on: March 23, 2016, 20:59 »
120 videos submitted 120 videos rejected. Pond 5 is done for me I guess.

Unbelievable...you'll have to email them about that. That's ridiculous.

The only way I can get any videos reviewed is to send them an email.

Pond5 / Re: Pond5 - average review time?
« on: January 17, 2016, 23:49 »
Two months wait is a real worry...the most annoying thing is you tend to get a lot more clips rejected when you have 200 pending instead of 20 pending.

About $110 here...

General Stock Discussion / Re: Video pricing
« on: November 22, 2015, 23:43 »
Remember 4K isn't just about what's transmitted to your TV or computer over the internet - it's just as much about the added versatility editors get, even if they're working on HD productions. There's a lot more you can do with a 4K video clip.

My HD sales still far outweigh my 4K sales and I anticipate that to be the case for the next couple of years. But it's been a pleasant surprise to see my 4K material being licensed in larger quantities than originally expected, so soon and at a good price. If and when 4K becomes mainstream my aim will be to have a full stocked portfolio of 4K shots which surpasses the competition.

I'm certainly thankful I didn't jump on the 3D bandwagon and invest in that direction  ;)

Great port...are you a news cameraman?
