I'm at 2 weeks now of my portfolio being blocked and still no correspondence from Adobe!

Thanks for your help everyone! Hopefully I will hear something soon from Adobe Stock. It is worrying that they can shut down a portfolio without any communication. I work on microstock full time and have done for a long time and rely on it for my income so something like this is very scary! I suppose I will just have to be patient and hope I can get this resolved successfully.

Looking for any advice please! I've tried to login to my adobe stock account today to receive the message - your account has a validation status issue. I can't access any part of my contributor account. I've been a contributor to Adobe Stock for 20 years and never had anything like this before! I haven't received any correspondence from them to explain why this has happened. I have emailed contributor support asking for reasons and I have also emailed Mat Hayward - but I was just wondering if anyone has had anything like this happen to them before.

I too am an emerald contributor and my sales have dropped over 50% in the last few months! New images are getting hardly any views and no sales. Something has obviously changed for the worst for many contributors - i can only hope things pick up soon.
