I think mirror-less is a great innovation in the technology aspect, I've always been worried about dust getting into my camera and onto the mirror thus ruining my images. I think it is quite costly however, So before I switch over to the newer technology I would like to see a significant price drop first.

AppGeeker video converter:
i have been using it for a while, mostly to convert to different formats, and resize, but there is also a edit feature (trim, crop, merge, split, add effect, etc.), and should work for what you need. Pretty simple to use.
You can download here: http://www.ilikemall.com/how-to/convert-mpg-to-mov-mac.html
Thanks for introducing me to this software mate. I recently began to receive requests to shoot a few music videos for some local artists, this should help my transition along fairly well as I am a beginner.

Every stock company should have different guidelines pertaining to this issue in particular. Not really sure of the whole etiquette aspect of this however unfortunately.

Thanks all for the replies, love the helpful community we have here! @ unclepete I mostly plan on shooting indoor images as well as video, but I am also an outdoor shooter as well so I'm kind of in the middle on that. I will certainly look into the Canon L series lenses, and also a question for nicku and mellimage; specifically the 100mm macro and 100mm f2,8 non L are these good for indoor? Or should I stick with a 24mm prime as unclepete suggested?? I also heard 35mm primes are good for indoor shoots, Id like to hear from everyone! Thanks a lot guys.

Hi everyone, I recently bought a canon t5i with 18-55 kit lens and also came with a 50mm 1.8 prime lens. I just wanted to know what some professional opinions are on this camera, I'm considering selling it and upgrading to a canon 7D, but i here that the rebel camera's are good for beginners like myself. I just want to produce the best work possible. Anyone care to help me out, kind regards.

why don't you just buy private hosting , from a main hosting company and work from there and design a script or something to deliver it to your clients

@tickstock i know the price is different, But in my area where I live no stores are selling 7100, This is why I used the 5100 for comparison.

These celebs should not be complaining. They knew what they were signing up for from the beginning. However I have seen the way the paparazzi behaves, Let me just say very unprofessional at the least.

The 1s I ended up working with were happy, i mean to be getting professional quality photos done free of charge there is no need to pay them. They ended up using the photos for their own personal portfolios.
