Canva Answer really Fast! I thought there was no problem with the tax form that I filled out months ago, I just filled out the Tax form today... Hi there, Thank you for reaching out to us. I just sent a direct email to Canva asking about the delay in my payment and asking if I missed sending them any information so that my payment can be made

Yes, I have filled out the information in the Canva trolley, in fact the last payments have been made through their new payment method, but this month I see this delay that seems strange to me

Normally Canva pays the 15th of each month, often before, but today being the 19th there is still nothing and there is no communication from Canva about this delay in payment... or am I the only one?

on december i get half of the regular payment, and then each month my earnings go down and down, Canva is doing really bad this days :-(

Same here... my applies and exports go up but my earnings in Canva go down  Feb 2024 numbers are in...
Applies +10%, Exports +3% -> Earnings -4%
Magic Creator Payment 2nd month in a row at "nothing", not even a number there...
Does anyone else have the impression that we're being screwed over here?

Hola Alexander, yo tambien lo veia asi hace unos dias, al parecer ya lo corrigieron ;-) I see this blue ribbon on my dashboard. We don't accept PNG's file with transparent background. I don't undesrtand!

No need to re-upload your vectors as PNG. If your vectors don't have a background and have an artboard/canvas of ~10MP, we'll automatically process a transparent PNG version of them as an option for customers. As we're doing currently when offering JPG's on top of the Vector download. At first this option might only appear for recent vector uploads, we'll process the backlog as we can.
