During my registration with Shutterstock my national ID / driving license both rejected by them due to  local language. Finally I made my passport just for registration purpose. I am thankful to Shutterstock for that because later on it really help me for registering at Skrill and payoneer for receiving my payments.  :)

He is talented,  creative and skilled artist. He is using 3d software for creating elements and compose/photo manipulate in photoshop or other graphic software.
3d modelling is tedios work, I have no idea whether he is modelling  or importing 3d objects from library. Details are great in his works.

As already said above,  software are only tools. Creating such images are not  easy. His portfolio is

Bigstock.com / Re: BS login problem?
« on: April 13, 2017, 23:21 »
Been trying to login since this morning. The site hangs for a few seconds as if it's trying to log-in, then reverts to the original homepage (not-logged-in page).

Facing same problem, contacted BS support through http://www.bigstockphoto.com/contactus.html and within few hours received reply from them that problem has been resolved. I tried again and successfully login.

BAD. If files are accepted than there is no way to disable or delete them. We have to contact support for removal of any image.

General Stock Discussion / Re: Strange Email about My Image
« on: December 01, 2016, 01:00 »
The IP address from the email from [email protected]'s is: 207.150.192.50

It says Austin, Texas.

The IP address from the hotmail account is: 65.55.116.12

It says Virginia, Washington

So now I'm really worried...

Proxy web sites / VPN / other tools can be used to send email from any server and any location of world. People often used these technique to visit banned website, hide their original IP, anonymous surfing etc.

As Steve and others already said, ignore and forget it. I have seen your image that is nothing wrong with it.

How to recognize scams
Scams can contain the following:
1    Alarmist messages and threats of account closures.
2    Promises of money for little or no effort.
3    Deals that sound too good to be true.
4    Requests to donate to a charitable organization after a disaster that has been in the news.
5    Bad grammar and misspellings.

Fake emails often (but not always) display some of the following characteristics:
The senders email address doesnt tally with the trusted organisations website address.
The email is sent from a completely different address or a free web mail address.
The email does not use your proper name, but uses a non-specific greeting like dear customer.
A sense of urgency; for example the threat that unless you act immediately your account may be closed.
A prominent website link. These can be forged or seem very similar to the proper address, but even a single characters difference means a different website.
A request for personal information such as user name, password or bank details.
The email contains spelling and grammatical errors.
You weren't expecting to get an email from the company that appears to have sent it.
The entire text of the email is contained within an image rather than the usual text format.
The image contains an embedded hyperlink to a bogus site.

Agree with above.
You also have to learn how to edit your images for lighting, color correction etc.

I have applied Curve, color balance and a lit bit of sharpness to your image for your motivation :-)

It looks phishing scam email. Hacker normally spoof sender address, which appear legitimate.
Once I received scam email identical to skrill in which they are asking for logging and changing my password. The sender address appear legimate but it was random phishing scam.

1.  Skrill always address with first name and last name but scan contain only my email address name

2.  I looked into page source (html code) and found hacker address

3.  Just for experimenting, I clicked on login link from within email, which lead me to fake skrill login page www.skrll.com/login. I observed URL address closely and it was WWW.SKRLL.COM (skrill without i). Anyway I entered dummy username/password for skrill and it login without any problem.

Don't worry about such scam/phishing email. Instead replying to these email, contact website through CONTACT US link

Good explanation about email address spoofing

« on: November 14, 2016, 01:35 »
I am getting this error whenever I am trying to login. I am using correct details.

"The username or password you entered did not match any account"

Try logging with typing email address in username field, wait few second for recapthca verification.
If still unsuccessful, try to reset your password using link Forgot your password/user name?

Yes, I reset the password and it worked.

Great it work. Error "The username or password you entered did not match any account"  is result of wrong password. There are 2 possible situations

(i) May be you are typing wrong password. I saved my passwords in password protected file and copied from there to password field by pasting.  For eg password like lFPPUKvHsCagvFygkmCg is very difficult to crack by brute forcing and also difficult to remember.

(ii) Someone got your password and changed it.  Not sure as if someone get into your account, he can easily change primary email to his email address. In such situation, resetting with original email show error "Enter a valid email address"  because primary original email address has been changed to new one.

Also note that CanStockphoto did not mail or warn about change of email address.

DepositPhotos / Re: My depositPhotos account was hacked!
« on: November 08, 2016, 02:23 »
I don't know how they hacked it - probably because I used a weak password.  DP responded back that they had cancelled the transfer and put the money back into my account so it's OK now.  Cashing out on a regular basis seems like a good idea - I don't bother very often for the smaller sites but from now on will pay more attention.  lima, I hope you got your money back too!

Great you got your money. In the past DP was processing payout within  5 days  but now it takes 15 days for payment transfer to skrill.

For hacking account for website, hacker uses bruteforce for simpler password. For eg. password like john6459 will take only 1 minute for cracking https://howsecureismypassword.net/), while strong password like John[email protected] will take 3 million years for computer to bruteForce.

It looks like your system has been compromise. Have you checked your other miscrostock accounts, email etc.
Check your system for any hidden keylogger, rootkit or trojan with good malware tool. Mostly if hacker, gain access to compromise system, he silently monitor and steal data like password, credit card no, personal information (docs, pics, movie) etc.  Today's malware programmer are smart enough and they are writing sophisticated malware.

Few suggestions for safety
1. Update your OS regularly
2. Update your anitvirus, anti-malware software regularly
3. Never use public system or public wifi connection for logging to your secure website.
4. Use on screen keyboard for entering user name / password to be safe from any keylogger.
5. Don't install untrusted software, keygen, patch, crack etc.
6. In windows, use restricted user account (by default windows install administrator account)
7. Never allow browser to save password by clicking REMEMBER ME. If you still need it, set strong master password for keeping those saved browser password un accessible to anyone, who gain control to your system
8. For safety from phishing, never open link from mail look similar to trusted one. In this forum some contributor told us about some suspicious looks trusted email from skrill but they were actually phishing scam.
9. Always type or paste or open from bookmark secure website ( for e.g https://www.skrill.com/en/ and check SSL secure lock icon on left side of URL
10. From time to time change login password and make sure password length must be atleast 10 characters, contain Upper Lower case alphabets, numbers and special character i.e #$%@
One of my online banking website, automatically expire password after three months and bank account holder who are using virtual banking facility have to set new password after expiry of password. Good practice by financial institution IT department for users safety and security.
