Stock Performer / Re: New Feature: Supplier Accounts!
« on: March 10, 2014, 11:32 »
Glad you like it Jasmin! With such supplier accounts people can now risk more if they share revenue with models.  Like that they dont have to pay upfront and models can benefit from the shoot if they do a good job.

Although personally, in the case of models, I would recommend to limit the time you do revenue sharing to a year or two. For example you could tell a model you will pay him or her 20% of revenue for one year, and afterwards all revenue is yours.

Like that you are not dependent on a model for the full life of the images and they benefit from the first year of revenue which is usually the strongest period.

Thank you Jasmin!

It did take me some time to train her :-)

She now wants to give setting up a business a chance, so if she can use the skills for herself, then im more than happy to support her!

Microstock Services / Recomendations to outsource keywording
« on: September 17, 2011, 08:48 »
Hi Everyone!

I am looking to outsource my keywording. Can someone recommend me good services? I know LookStat but I would like to compare and choose the best. Thanks! :-)

This is my first post here :-)

Above you see my complete istockphoto history. It includes royalties and downloads (in red)

In 2011 I have been slowly increasing my sales. Take note that in 2011 my royalty rate was reduced by 12,5% on istock, which explains why 2011 is weaker than 2010. Nevertheless, I have started being very productive and in the past 4 months have uploaded many new files.

Im curious to see how things evolve!
