Site Related / Re: BigStock portfolio link don't work

BigStock changed something in there search and since that time the stored links to single portfolios are corrupted. They need to be adjusted to work again.

Dreamstime.com / What's going on at Dreamstime ???
« on: June 15, 2007, 14:53 »
Hi,
since january it's nearly impossible for me to get a picture accepted at dreamstime  ???  My acceptance ratio broke down to round about 10 % for the last months (last month it was even 4.5% !!), while at other agencies I have a nearly stable acceptance ratio between 65 and 85 %.
Pictures which were rejected at dreamstime because of "bad composition" sell well at others. For some rejected pictures I receive actually the reason that the lens I used is bad (seems to be a new reject-reason, I've never seen this before) and show CA's and artefacts, while the same pictures were sold at other agencies. I don't know what's going on here and also don't know what to do against it. I'm very frustrated and angry.
Has somebody of you made the same experience?

Regards,

Willi

I've a lot of flower pictures which were approved without any problem in my portfolios at several agencies. And I have to say that some of them sell very well.

Thanks for the answers. I guess that an Excel sheet will indeed be the best and I will try to create one by myself. But unfortunately I'm no Excel professional, so if anybody can give me a template I will be very happy.

Hello,
I'm relatively new to the Microstock business. Now I search for a piece of software (or an Excel sheet) with which I'm able to keep track of my portfolios and their success (or flop ;) ).
The software, or the sheet, doesn't need to be high sophisticated. All I need is information on a monthly base per agency on how many downloads (best divided into normal and enhanced licenses), how many money I earn, size of Portfolio and some basic infos on each agency.
If someone know such a program, please let me know.
Thanks in advance,

Willi

Hello Tina,
I have some pictures at digitalstock.de but the downloadrate there is very low. I prefer the american agencies, especially SS
