Just so there's no confusion, you probably want it in writing that the person doing the 3D is "doing work for hire" and that you own the final copyright.

It is really no different that any company hiring someone to do work for them, the company owns the work.

Hi All ,

Can i hire somebody to make a part of my illustration for selling it in stock sites ?
example : if i am going execute a illustration based on brainstorming where i can draw the illustration of the brain and want somebody to do 3d model of that and i want to put it on my illustration .
