I didn't pay too much attention to review speed, but I think it's fine. Approximately 3-4 days. A month ago, there was one batch with a longer reviewing period, but it did not exceed 10 days.

It seems that things are going back to normal now. The last few batches have all been accepted.

Almost everything is rejected these days. Just simple vectors with abstract backgrounds passed, while quality files with lots of details and unique artistic style were refused because of a "quality issue". Part of them refused as "non-compilant vectors". Never happened before.  What do you guys think, should I pause uploading and wait a little bit for a better reviewer or an improved review process? Even more important, is it allowed to try to reupload the rejected content?

I am sad to hear this. For 14 years and 115,000 uploads, there is a really negligible number of mistakes, especially if there was no intention to make them. Making mistakes is in human nature; we make them on a daily basis, and if there is no bad intention, Adobe should reconsider the case.
I hope your account will be unblocked soon.

Wow yes that's more than taking inspiration. That's blatant copying.
I really like your style by the way. They look gorgeous. The type of thing that if it was printed on a metal plate I'd buy them to hang in the kitchen.
Thanks Cider. But prints on metal plates, or posters is another sad story, lol. A story in which the images of many of us are involved. Etsy, Amazon, ebay...

Sadly it's not against Shutterstock's rules. Back in the old SS forum there were people who told about similar cases and said they reported it to SS, but SS did not consider it stolen, no matter how close it was to the original. It's still worth a try to report it, but I would not expect much.
It's sad actually - The art from the person who steals your work isn't bad, there is certainly some talent there - but apparently 0 own creativity skill.
Yes I know there were similar cases. Also, this is not a first time that someone makes copies of my images. Most of time I remain silent, few images wasn't big deal, so I did not report them. But this case is different. This contributor have hundreds of the images almost identical as mine, same style, same color schemes, same texts, same drawing technique, composition etc. For example - this is my illustration of pizza - https://www.shutterstock.com/image-vector/homemade-pizza-vintage-decoration-sign-kitchen-1819431905and this is his illustration - https://www.shutterstock.com/image-vector/italian-pepperoni-pizza-vector-illustration-2259565975Identical style! Yes, he rearranged the elements, makes different shapes, but actually it is the same pizza. It took years for me to develop the way I drawing and this fellow got everything on a silver plate overnight. But like I said, the biggest problem for me is the quantity of my work that has been copied, and this trend continues day after day.

I'm not at all familiar with this genre, but is there some style of old posters that these current illustrations are derived from/inspired by?
My work is not inspired by any particular illustrations. It is made from stretch. ... Those vector you posted are not copies of my work. They are different in styles, color schemes, composition, drawing style etc.

My experiences with them are also good. This is the first time I had payment delay, but like I said, it is probably because I switched to Payoneer and last month there was problems with Payoneer accounts worldwide.

I have similar problem but with much bigger delay. I made payout request on July 8, 2020 and still nothing. Also still waiting for response from them. Before payout request I switched from PayPal to Payoneer - maybe there is a problem? Any similar experiences?

Lots of sales in last 4-5 days, like in the old days. Still far from covering SS lose, but atm it looks promising.
