Can anyone provide insight to the selling of stock photos / earnings potential on The Noun Project? (https://thenounproject.com)

The Noun Project has a Creative Commons license for photos that are 0.2 megapixels in size (approximately the size on screen of a business card; 350 x 525 pixels in dimension at 300 pixels-per-inch) with certain terms of use. These images have an easily-cropped-out photographer credit line attribution at the bottom right. This acts as a similar mechanism to other agencies' use of complimentary downloads for review, but without the overall watermark across the image.
Has anyone had experience with The Noun Project and / or this type of licensing prior?
