It's big problem cause we had about 10 shoots and one release. We are produced +10K photos and about 3000 videos. Model is well payed and is not only model on shootings. So, shootings are very expensive everything is pre-produced, costs for locations, props, food, accommodation...
Model is making complain about very small part of recorded material bud agency want me to delete all materials that is not on date of signing model release.
Should I use services of lawyer and is anyone have experience with this?

Hi,
I have situation with one of my photo-models. Model is complain to agency and agency want me to remove photos. Model is regularly payed for several shootings but is sign only one model release for firs shoot. That is not problem on most of the agencies.
Is model have right to ask me or agency to delete photos if I have valid model release and regularly pay for model fee.
Thanks, BA

Hello,
I using photoshelter.com, it is little expensive because I sending on +10 agencies big files and got bandwith limit issue every month. Fileburner and picworkflow have very confusing interface and slow servers. I wondering about new FTP distribution service and looking for advice how to manage this problem.

It depend from serie to serie but it is up to 1500 images per day. I using nikon capture nx and there you can batch edit several images. Usualy editing 10-20 images in one batch.... so it going very fast. Time consuming is photoshop and images with people, logotypes etc..

here is my quick tip....
1. if on image you have smile with teeth then you have 50% more chances to sale well.
2. before shooting pay models, they will be happyer... hehhe
3. ask models to scream loud, after scream they have natural smile and than take images... don't say to medels that you will not take shot of screaming... hehe
3. shoot maximum amount of images because with people every second is differet, afcourse, take care about ligting, framing etc...
5. bring backup battery and cards...
