the same story with my illustrations previous batch appeared at portfolio right after acceptance but gone in a day. pics returned back in a week but i still can't find them through keyword search. The last batch didn't even appeare in portfolio. it still missing.
As for me I stopped uploading long ago right after first changes of best match. At that time my incomes decreased in 10 times instantly and my blue-flamed images appears far from first pages of search results while exclusive never-sold images were far ahead... I think that humiliating 15% - unattainable 20% revenue for independents dont worth the trouble.
The same story with my father. He asked to remove his images just after thinkstock appears instead stockxpert. All images are still there! Every time hi writes to support and ask why they didn't remove images they replay him with standard answer (please wait for three months) but this no need to say that three months passed long ago... How do you think will this BBB complaint work for non Canadians?
Oh it's very unpleasant discussion. I’m an illustrator and meet with this problem rather often. Stocks do not react if you complain about non-yours but unambiguously stolen images. They react only if you complain about your own images and only if it’s obvious. If any changes took place, you should to lay oneself out to prove your rights. As usual, thieves prefer to use images from several authors that mean that all victims should report to support together. Sometimes its difficult to find and contact with other authors. The easiest way is stock’s forum but unfortunately stocks don’t like such themes on their forums very comfortable isn’t it? I mean we should unit somehow, it’s almost impossible, but it’s the only way to make stocks to observe the rules of mutual agreement.
