Hi all,

I made a lingerie calendar for beauty pageant contestant and she agrees to let me sell the images as stock. The lingerie we used were loaners from a high end store in return for there business info to be printed on the calendar.

Since this is expensive lingerie, and not generic, i wonder if i need a property release to sell the images.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

General Stock Discussion / I just saw my image on tv ...
« on: April 21, 2008, 14:46 »
Hi,

It is being used in a book(full page) about a very popular tv show about dogs on one of the most popular channels in Belgium. The commercial showed a few pages of the book and one of them had my image on it.

I was very excited at first but then realised that the image has never been sold under the extended license.
I'm pretty sure this isn't legal but wanted your opinions before I start raising hell.

Any idea on how I should handle this?

Thanks,

Tommy

General Stock Discussion / graffiti pics, legal or not?
« on: July 31, 2006, 06:39 »
I went on a holiday to Valencia and found some great graffiti work there in the narrow smelly streets that run through the city. My question is, can i sell these as stock or not? I think that since they are illegal works they can't really belong to anyone so i don't need a property release. Or do i have to remove the artists mark or something, i really don't know.
