How do I prove that my 2012 iStock sales were royalties and no sales tax is due?

iStock didn't issue 1099s back then.

Adobe Stock / How are we compensated for these print sales?

I happened to see this picture of mine being sold as canvas print, image source is Fotolia. http://www.gallerydirect.com/art/product/stock/buckwheat-flour/45585215 I browsed around some more and saw that all the images are from Fotolia.

Since the images obviously are a product that are sold multiple times as prints I assume that we are getting paid for extended licenses. Are we? Does anyone know?

Adobe Stock / Payment problems with Fotolia

This is now the third time within five months that two weeks after requesting a payment I have not received it. Previously when I have sent an e-mail regarding missing payment they have paid me right away.

Yesterday I sent a message to them regarding this again, and instead of being paid now I received this message:

"Hi,

We apologize for the delay. We have forwarded your request to our payment department for review.

Kind Regards,

Fotolia.com"

Whassup Fotolia?!?!

Anyone else having the same problem?
