General Stock Discussion / Importance of pure white background?

I am a beauty/fashion photog new to microstock, and have had good acceptance of my 1st two batches of photos at several sites. I often shoot against white backgrounds, but don't light the background to pure white. Here are some samples accepted by all sites. For stock, is it worth doing post processing to make the backgrounds pure white (or shoot them that way) or are these ok?

I am a beauty/fashion photographer new to microstock. I just submitted 10 shots and have had acceptances at FT, DT, 123, waiting on others. After the 1st 3 shots, IS asked to see more diversity, so I sent 3 more beauty/fashion shots from different shoots. IS is still asking for diversity, which in my case, I guess means non-beauty/fashion???

Here is my new DT port (basically the same shots IS saw):

I don't have much current stuff that is not beauty/fashion, but here are four images that show diversity, though I don't really think they are stock-type shots. Would some of you be willing to opine, if any of these three would be useful to send to IS at this point, or should I hunt for more?

PicNiche Toolbar / picNiche not working

picNiche is working on all other sites, but does not recognize username for 123rf.com. I have tried clearing cache and relogging in and re-clicking for firefox to remember password, but to no avail. Anyway to fix this? - thanks

Photo Critique / rejected for logo, but which one?

Hi, new to microstocks and just want to clarify this one rejection for having a logo? Is it the name on the dumbell or the Nike swoosh on the shoes, or both? -thanks

General Stock Discussion / benefits or negatives of including extended licenses?

What are the benefits of including extended licenses (obviously higher pay), but are there any reasons not to? Or not to on certain sites?
