I tried to upload some Illustrative Editorials to Adobe. Now I get a message asking me to agree to not upload any logo's or brands. Isn't that the whole idea of Illustrative Editorial? I know there are some developments regarding AI but what is this message about?

Anyone seen the Bigstock subscription pricing below? The 150/300 plans are the lowest in the whole industry. Anyone else have sets in Shutterstock but can't sort them. Every set I made is sorted by oldest image first. Who would want their crap approved 10 years ago appear on top.

Got an email from them today stating:
'Your download stats will no longer be available on iStock.com come the February 1 cutover. We will not be porting previous years stats over to the new system so we strongly advise you to download your CSV prior to the cutover on February 1, 2017. '
Why would they do that? Anyway just wanted to share this so people will not loose their sales history.

Hi all, I just found out a photo of mine is sold on large canvas at a shop for EUR 100, they have a whole bunch of copies of it in stock. There is no EL sale recorded for this image. Can someone confirm an EL is required for this kind of use at all the agency's? Because for example Shutterstock license says that physical reproductions are allowed under the standard license. Or is canvas considered merchandise? http://www.shutterstock.com/license-comparisonAlso apparently the customer can buy an EL till one year after using it ( http://www.shutterstock.com/subscribe?clicksrc=full_thumb). Which would mean I can't do a thing and have to wait at least a year to take action? Any help is appreciated as I am not sure how to take the right steps in this matter. Frans Addition to be clear: It's a phyiscal shop in my city and when I was there I saw about 15 copies.

I uploaded a part of my portfolio to mostphotos a few days ago. Since then I still haven't seen them show up on the site. Though I can see them when I log into mostphotos by FTP. Is there some sort of tab on the website where I can find them?

It was my understanding that in order to see which iStock images are on thinkstock one could search his/her username in " ". Every now and then I check to see which of my IS images are on TS. It has been the same number for months, like they didn't add new stuff, which I was happy with. Now by coincidence I found out that a lot of my IS images are there but not searchable by username.
Is this known? And is there a way to see all my images on TS?

I've just started uploading to Mostphotos but want to opt-out of the subscription plan. At Settings->Contributions I deselect "I want to sell my images through the Monthly package service." and click "update". But when I leave the page and come back it's selected again. Anyone else has the same option? I contacted the support but they haven't answered yet.

Just got a email today from clashot.com that I sold 1 photo from DepositPhotos through them. Never heard of this site and I'm surprised they send me a notification email. Anyhow, I looked at their website and they show my portfolio in 337px size without watermark! I'm absolutely not happy about this. Has anyone heard of this website before?
(edit) Seems they are owned by DepositPhotos and only have their editorials. In the "How it works" section they say:
"Special terms for Depositphotos contributors: upload your editorial photographs to Clashot and get $0.10 for each approved photo. You do not need to register a new account at Clashot: please use your Depositphotos credentials to sign in at the website or in the mobile app."
So now I'm confused. What is the point in uploading there when all my editorial photos from DepositPhotos are already there. And I didn't even receive $0,10 per photo for it.

Although it was my plan when I started microstock in 2009 I have no intention to become IS exclusive. But I clicked the "Become Exclusive" to see what they had to say nowadays and noticed my downloads had been set to 0 and I don't qualify.
I wonder if it's just another site bug or perhaps because they don't want new exclusives anymore.

Someone posted some of my pictures on flickr. Suppose he bought them (which I think he did), may he publish them on flickr? I looked in the Flickr TAC but couldn't find anything about posting pictures from others. Off course if you buy pictures you can put them on your website, but what about putting them on flickr?

Hi all,
I was playing around with Google Trends and noticed that 123RF is rising pretty high. It's above Shutterstock, iStockphoto and Fotolia. Not to mention all the other microstock sites. I understand Google Trends isn't a exact measurement to compare websites popularity but it must say something. Anyone can explain why this site get's so much traffic but is just a middle tier? For me this site makes just about 5% of my total income and it's declining.

Hi,
I want to delete some non-sellers from microstock sites and send them to Alamy (RM). It's not that these shots are bad but mainly poorly keyworded and edited. Besides they would have fitted more with Alamy, but what did I know back then. Is it OK to delete them as RF if they never sold (or maybe once) and add them to the RM collection?

Today I got a large photo sale for $ 1,20. I guess the differences between royalties is because of promotion etc but I always get between $ 2,10 en $ 3. But now I really wonder how it can be this low. Anyone?

Hi all,
A few weeks ago a photo of mine appeared in a national newspaper. When checking the downloads for this picture i found out no EL was bought. I contacted the newspaper and they told me they got the picture from a large travel agency here in Holland who bought the picture from their advertising agency who has a Shutterstock account. So this agency is reselling Shutterstock content. What would be the best way to respond? Contact Shutterstock (I dont have the agency name) or reply to the newspaper and ask them to buy an extended license at Shutterstock?

Hi all,
I noticed my Paypal status has changed from Personal to Premier account. I didn't get any notification that this change happened but I guess they changed it after receiving my ID and address details. It is my understanding that fees are involved when recieving money on a Premier account. Can anyone confirm that?
