I have a client that bought two pictures (at once) and they were charged but not delivered. When he bought only one it worked, anybody else having this problem.
HI Niakris, I moved some of my uploaded pictures to another folder and all my model releases disappeared from the release manager.... Any idea what could of happened? thanks
Tried uploading yesterday to ss but didnt work tried today same thing... the images appeared uploaded in the program but i cant find them in the queue of the shutterstock page
