Hi all, I am starting my own micro stock site, yes I know its hard, I'm gong up against mega million dollar outfits etc, but it's fun and my site is finished looks great and I have a killer domain name

Anyway, what I need are Terms and Conditions to display when a user registers on the site, also a Privacy policy and Model release form that I can use, are there any generic templates I can use and modify? i found this but not impressed really, https://termsandcondiitionssample.com/

Anything else I may need in that department?
