The new dashboard has been on Shutterstock for a few weeks now. I can't get used to it. I hate it. It annoys me to see huge photos that have nothing to do with my sales and income. The information I need is difficult to access or simply no longer there. I've written several times to Shutterstock but they don't care about my comments. How do you feel about this bad update from Shutterstock which continues to deteriorate ? What can we do together to make this change and bring back the old dashboard ?

more and more my vectors are not approved because they require proof of ownership. I use my own textures. How to prove that these are my illustrations created by myself?

Hi ! I had a big sale 8th april that I can see on my alamy contributor dashboard. But the amount of the sale, don't appear on my Current Cleared Balance. I use to be patient but more than a month seems to me unusual. Anyone else ? I can't find how to contact alamy contributor help.

Hi ! I'm new to canva (few months) and Since the change of FTP, my vectors do not go to my canva contributor account. So they can't get approved and sell. Canva does not answer me. Anyone else solve this problem and solution?

It's the second time I've got a vector download and then modify a little bit and uploaded by another contributor. I contact Shutterstock infrigment department and even with proof, then don't take it seriously. I got that answer : As you may know, ideas cannot be protected by copyright, only the expression of the ideas may be protected by copyright. Upon reviewing these images, it appears that while the ideas between your images and the other contributor's images are similar, the expressions of the ideas are sufficiently different.  As anyone else had this issue and this disapointed shutterstock answer ?

Hello ! I have a question and maybe you could help me. I always shoot the same person that is my wife. Is there a way that I can upload only one model release for every shooting ? I'm not sure it's accepted. If I can, what should I write on the model release form to make sure it is approved ? It such a waste of time to fill the form everytime. Thanks for you help

Sales have drop a lot for me since may 1th. I used to have 10 minimum sales a day and now I have three days with 0 sales ! The end of fotolia maybe ? Anyone experiencing the same drop ?

Is anyone else experiencing abnormal vector illustration processing time. I uploaded more than one hour ago three new vector and they appear nowhere. I retried to upload the same and I got a file name error because the same vector title previously uploaded is processing.

Hi everybody ! This morning as usual, I opened the microstockr app on my iphone. Unfortunatly, it crashed. Again and again. I restart the phone. The app is crashing again and again. I deleted it and reinstall it. I lost all my login  . I log again at few agencies and it crash again. Anyone else ? I don't use the desktop MicrostockR App as I only check my sales via my phone.

I'm back home and at first, 123rf was broken on microstockr app, but when I took a look at the website, I seem the site is down. Can't find any info on this right now.

I was used to the classic view at istock for looking into portefolio and everything. But since the classic view is gone, it seems impossible to view the latest photo on a portefolio or I just didn't find how ! I think it was useful for people to be able to view the newest photo of a contributor portefolio. I thought buyers might like to see the new content of contributor they like. Now the only option are Essential and Signature. What do you think about that ?

Hello ! I'm on veer since more than a year now, sales are low but images are easy to upload so I have a portefolio and few sales. But it's been few month that veer website error happens most of the time and also the review time is getting longer and longer than it was before. Is veer abandoned ? And also, the image on the website the boy holding a leaf, is it just me or this image is lacking visual impact to be on the cover of a microstock site ?

Hello ! I'm on Alamy since just few month. But still, I can't find the link for my own portfolio on the Alamy website ! Crazy huh ?  Can you help me find my own portolio link ? I Can view a photo of mine, then click on my user name but the search find nothing. Seems that my portolio don't existe even with 400 photos !

Hello ! We all know that redeem credit system is bad, but I had a closer look this morning. I made a lot of vector sales thoses weeks. But look at the chart ! Can it be more impossible to achieve ? I was away from Istock forum since it was move to getty. I wonder if they plan to makes somes change about that. In my dream they bring back the canister level but it's never gonna be reality.

Where is he now ? Before the adobe update, we had acess to a statistic graphic to view our sales. Now I'm sure it is still here somewhere but I can't find it. It was very useful to see the variation of sales from 2 years. Now we can only see sales with daily numbers in the statistic tab. Thank for your help !

My last 123rf downloaded images wasn't showing on microstockr app, so I came on 123rf online to see my sales. And both page are unavailable !
It's 1september, Hope they don't making any bad changes !

Hello ! I know sometimes we have a sales in our balance and the image sold show hours later on our account. But 2 days ago I had a 4$ sale and still no new image sold, and same for a low .26 cent this morning, and no new image sold. If this is a partner sale, where can we find it ? thank you !

I can't upload via the site file uploader, it load (faster than usual) and then no file appear to be uploaded.
I tried with FTP 10 minutes ago, doesn't appear yet, maybe I have to wait. Anybody else having the same issue ?

Is anyone else experiencing longer review time with depositphoto ? Usually was 2-3 days maximum and now it is more than a week.
Deposit photo was my faster approval delay before ! but its not the case anymore. What about you ?

Few minutes ago, on my microstockr iphone app, I had a 28$ sales on shutterstock for an image. But never had the 28$ added to my total account on shutterstock website neither on my microstockr app. Did it happens to you too sometimes ? Will the amount be added few times later ? Or is it just happens to me ? What do you think ?

My computer have crashed, I used to do backup but unfornatly I lost my last uploads. They are on the biggest microstock site. I just need your help if someone had the same problem and know if any microstock site can send you back the files you want. I hope I don't need to buy them to get them back!
