Image Sleuth / User "dzein" stealing my vectors

Hi everyone,
I find that a user with the nickname "dzein" on Fotolia, sells "his" vectors with objects from my illustrations, and maybe of others.

look at the sharpener, magnifier, divider and calculator

I once sent Fotolia similar case, they wrote me just "please send us a DMCA complaint""
This is the same behavior as with warez sites.
These people know why they are doing this only on Fotolia...
