Hello

I create 3D graphics and animations in a blender. Blender There are no materials or textures. At blendermada.com and more sites are free materials for commercial use.

Fotolia writes. You must be the author of the file and Total elements of art.

Is the use of free materials and textures on the license CC0 to 3D models and animation for sale is legal?

Note. Authors footage. We have to pay licenses for MPEG.LA? We got a response from the MPEG.LA.

We sent an email to MPEG.LA got the answer:

That I understand if I send videos encoded in AVC / H264 (Nikon, Sony) on page www.videohive.net or www.pond5.com and gets a commission of 50% of that I am exempt from the license fees for MPEG.LA ?

Licenses MPEG.LA final purchaser pays the client and Web www.videohive.net or www.pond5.com?

Your understanding is correct That our AVC License covers the end Seller of AVC / H.264 video (for example, the content provider who has a relationship with the End User) and the Seller is Responsible for paying the applicable royalties. The Therefore, if you upload AVC Video is either Envato Pty Ltd's website or Pond5 Inc.'s website, and dry AVC Video is delivered Directly to End Users for Remuneration through Their respective websites, then Envato Pty Ltd or Pond5 Inc. would need to be licensed and would be Responsible for any royalties associated with the AVC video they distribute.

With That said, both parties offering the video services you have not taken Mentioned a License or paid the applicable royalties. As a result, video Their services are not licensed. The Therefore, the suggest that you 'choose a video service from a licensed supplier (or insist That the suppliers you use to become licensed paying royalties applicable). For That purpose, in Maintain a letter of AVC Licensees in Good Standing at http://www.mpegla.com/main/programs/AVC/Pages/Licensees.aspx.

I understand that we have to pay licenses for filming by codecs MPEG.LA SLR? if you sell movies pond5, Envato...

The same is true with other softwares full Cyberlink Power Director.

How to sell movies legally with software and SLR h.264  is not for commercial use?

I have the Sony Vegas Movie 12 you can legally and commercially use the codec QuickTime Photo .jpg? Is the video agencies pay for our licenses?

10
Hello,

The Nikon D5300 user found this record:

You can not decode or encode AVC / H.264 for commercial use

Other SLR camera and which also have a similar record.

Can you legally convert videos to another format, eg. QuickTime Photo .jpg? I do not know whether the encoding and decoding of the instruction means that you can not legally convert video to another format to be able to sell the movie by your own?

11
Hello,

Whether to sell movies on stock footage you need to buy a separate license from MJPEG? Does the Sony Vegas Movie Platinum 12 is a free codec QuickTime Photo Jpg? I've heard that you need to buy QuickTime Pro or here to obtain licenses for a fee http://www.accusoft.com/pvmjpegpricing.htm

I have just bought Sony Vegas Movie Platinum but I do not know if the codec QuickTime Photo Jpg or MJPEG is 100% free for commercial use.

I know that Canon and Nikon SLR cameras have a record of the instructions of filming for personal use only and not for commercial use by the codec AVCHD / H.264 MPEG.LA

Sorry for poor language.

Yours
