Pond5 / Footage sold for $2.66 despite being priced at £26 - anyone know how?

I had an animation sell for $2.66 even though the item is priced at £26 on Pond5. (I earned $1.17.)

Do you know how this happened?

The licence is described as LLP.

MicrostockSubmitter / Problems uploading Shutterstock - Login incorrect (530).

Hello - is anyone else having issues uploading to Shutterstock? I am getting error 530 login incorrect, however Stocksubmitter has updated the sales balance correctly so it has been able to log in to Shutterstock during this session.

I thought it might be intermittent issues at Shutterstock's end so I've been trying since yesterday evening but still no luck.

** Edited to add - my apologies, it looks as if the problem is nothing to do with Stocksubmitter - I can't log in using an FTP client either

I have just downloaded Stocksubmitter - it looks very helpful. But I am having difficulty adding my AdobeStock login details. I am getting the error message:

>>This account is not ready for submission yet. Possible reasons: not verified, profile information not filled, exam not passed. (The agency website asks you to add a phone number. Please log in using the website to resolve this issue.)<<

I am regularly uploading manually so my account should be ready for submission. I've gone to the website to see if I can add a telephone number and have added one to my Adobe ID but I am still getting the error message.
