Paypal / Personal vs Business account

Hi guys,
I was wondering if anyone can share their experience on receiving money on a personal vs a business account.

I checked several places for information and what I understood was that on a personal account, if you receive money from another PayPal account, there are no fees.

On the other hand, on a business account you are always added a fee regardless of the source of money (PayPal or Card).

Is this correct?

Hi there,

I've just tried your app and I love it! I would be interested in purchasing a paid plan, but I find the pricing a bid odd.
The difference between Lite and Casual plans is double the price 8.3 vs 16.7, but you can upload less than double the images.

Professional plan is double the price of Casual (16.7vs33.3) but you can upload MORE than double the number of photos.

Is it me, or does it seem a bit odd to be paying double for Casual and getting less?
