Photo Critique / Fotolia rejected photos; new to photography need critique please

Hello everyone 
I am new to photography and microstock.
I have tried to upload some photos to fotolia but they where all rejected, from the responce I couldnt really find what I was doing wrong. So if you could please look at my photos and point out what Im doing wrong, thank you.
