Thanks for the report.
How do you define The TOP of Shutterstock though ? You do not have access to earnings.

I just checked and many features are still there on FT site (in the sidebar), just uploads are disabled:
- My credits - My files - Statistics - Convert my credits
are still working.
There is no Weekly Ranking nor Overall (. It was so useful!!!!!

Fotolia stats are no longer available as of today. High time to learn, move to, and accept Adobe look.

Is it possible to add the whole Fotolia/Adobe portfolio on Adobe Portfolio personal website ?

Everyone is so concerned about uploading process, mobile apps, which really are the matters of a secondary importance. Lets tak about real thing - money. Mat, what is your stance on Adobe decreasing commissions from 40% to 33% for high ranked contributors ? What do you think about depriving high ranked contributors of the privilege of setting price higher per image ? Everyday I get at least a few 10/20/30/40-credit sales (or so), soon these will be gone.

Very bad news. Good bye nice big credit sales (netting me $9 or $12 for high res) that rescued the constantly falling earnings.
The hard earned ranking will be irrelevant as well. Now I am Sapphire with 40% and will go down to 33%. This is reality.
PS: I like and respect Mat, he is a great and helpful guy. Sorry for him he must bring such a depressing news. Don't shoot the messenger.

Any news on this?
I guess it's time to bail out - I'd rather not leave my images laying around on old hard drives. Has anyone been able to get closure?
Still no luck on this. No idea what I can do.

Hi,
I have $27 of Unpaid earnings. I didn't have any sale since March 2017, so I in recent weeks I have been trying to request payment and close the account. Despite sending a few e-mails I didn't receive any response.
Has anyone had any luck getting a payout from them ? What can I legally do to request payout and close the account ?
Thanks!

Hi!
I have been in stock photography for more than 10 years now so I guess this is the high time to try my luck with stock footage.
What software would you recommend for editing stock footage. In particular I mean color grading, slow motion, adding flares etc. I know After Effects of course, but maybe there is a cheaper alternative to start with ?
Thanks!

The increase is welcome, thanks. BUT, I am Sapphire and I am getting the same royalty as Gold. Shouldn't higher rank mean a higher royalty?

I don't care about Adobe statistics (nowhere near Fotolia stats portal anyway), I would really prefer my 2016 Fotolia earnings amounts come back! I miss those big credit sales

Hi!
I guess the first week of May is going to be remarkably slower, right ? There is labor day in many countries and people take the whole week off. Could anyone confirm that from your earnings history ? How is it in your country ?
Best!

It seems so. Sometimes I need to just quckly find and download an image from my portfolio. I always used 123rf for that purpose, now they want to charge me for downloading my own images. Is there any agency out there which allows to find and download one's own images for free ?
Thanks,

I can't find the spell checker feature in Stocksubmitter. Is it possible there is no one ?

Stock Performer is about 3 times more expensive than Microstockr for generally the same features and similar agencies supported (stock performer eagle plan), so now I am closer to Microstockr. Do you believe Microstockr is also a safe app ? I mean you need to type all your agencies passwords in there. Is the support responsive from your experience ?

A web browser + Excel + 10 minutes a day
Several agencies and 8000 images ? No way.

Hi,
I have always been using Stock Performer, it is not perfect (does not support Canva and Creative Market for instance), but I generally liked the features on their Eagle plan such as collections. Now I am looking for some cheaper alternative. Have anyone used Microstockr or maybe some other service and would recommend it? It must be safe and reliable.
Thanks, Michal

Thank you JaenStock and derek for valuable responses.
If Cavan distribute to Offset and if Offset sells well, than Cavan seems to be a good option, isn't it ? (westend61 as well). Is Cavan similar in attitude towards contributors to Stocksy ? Is it as hard to get it ?

Offset,cavan,adobe premium,westend61,blendimages,tetra, stockfood,mauritiusimages and probably lots more.
Have a look at the list of partners of gettyimages, I think you will find over 200 agencies.
Then look at what they do and if you might fit their style.
What nobody can predict is which one is the best money earner for you.
Thanks! Yes I heard about Cavan as well! Does anyone have any experience with them ?

Hi,
Investing hundreds or thousands in a photoshoot (models, props, make-up artist etc) and uploading these images to microstock agencies doesn't seem to make sense any longer.
Do you recommend any boutiqe/ high end/ mid or macrostock agencies (whatever you call it) where it still make sense to work on stock photography ? I mean good curation (preferably with direct contact with curators), fair commission and most importantly - good sales. I have nothing against exclusivity (image exclusive).
Of course Stocksy is a good example, but it is just one I am aware of.

I had the same weird situation - after I deleted around 50 files in May my sales have fall down a lot. Maybe just coincidence, maybe not...
Have your sales recovered ? There must be something like portfolio ranking. Similarly they punish the contributors who stop uploading. It must be some automatic algorithm.

Hi,
I received payment from 500px and was charged a fee by Paypal (about 4%). I contacted 500px and they say they did realize payment via Paypal mass payment so there should not be any fee. I encourage you to look at your Paypal account and see if you are not charged for something you should not be. Please let me know if this is normal for 500px Paypal payments.

You are a talented man, but you really have to brush-up your English. Google translator makes you sound awkward.

I absolutely recommend zenfolio. Affordable, easy to customize, very good support (really good) and looks beautiful - this is what I needed. I closed my symbio site as well and I am now happy with my zenfolio website even though I do not have a shop option there.
