Adobe Stock / Re: Fotolia payout delays?
« on: December 18, 2013, 13:24 »
I usually cash out around the 18th for Fotolia and I usually get it after the 1st of the next month, so about 2 weeks or a little over is normal for me too. Maybe it depends on when one cashes out. It's been like that for me for quite a few months.

Looks like I'm not the only one on this non paid  123rf boat. I've also written support and emailed and have received the same replies that you've had.  Not impressed whatsoever.

Not sure why they couldn't have an update first thing in the morning, Calgary time. If you blow it, be professional and tell people what's up. I also think an e-mail to everyone who is affected by this should have been sent (and if it's hard for them to do such mass e-mails, it shouldn't be and someone should get that software in place).

I completely agree with you

'waiting for paypal to release the money'.... blame it on paypal.... and still no payment...

how about when you get rejections and they don't give a reason why??? Very frustrating. It seems that the reviewer just picks what they like because some of their rejections make no sense to me. Taking a break from this site !

Just be careful you don't spend that money right away if they give you a large sum. That happened to me at DT and the customer 1 month later got a refund.  I was not a happy camper, and am not selling the rights to my images  any more.

Adobe Stock / Re: Did It - Dumped Fotolia

I don't like their attitude to contributors; yet still Fotolia is a good and successful agency. Consistently good earner.

Agreeed 100% :)

StockXpert.com / Re: Stockxpert still payout For Contributors??
« on: February 14, 2010, 18:05 »
In their forums they mentioned it might be a bit delayed because of the overwhelming demand for a payout.
For some strange reason i wasn't able to log in there today... anybody had that happen?

Crestock.com / Re: Crestock Rejects?
« on: November 03, 2008, 11:54 »
well considering i've been doing this fulltime for almost 3 years, getting 5 images accepted out of around 150 is definately not worth my time for a quarter.... i look at my images at 100% and i really don't understand what the rejections are about... oh well... more time for me to upload where my images are actually wanted.  Thanks
I also think that i'll be pulling my 400 or so images from there, when i reach payout  and let my other 3600 pay the bills from elsewhere!

StockXpert.com / Re: Any Photos.com Sales lately?
« on: October 24, 2008, 12:57 »
I haven't received any sales for the missing weeks.... i started getting sales there again even though i opted out, but definately not the amount to make up for the missing time.  I got sales there everyday so i know my totals don't add up. I didn't get a day where the downloads  made up for the missing royalties... in my years working with microstock this is the most unprofessional BS i've encountered. StockXpert used to be one of my favorite top sites.... not anymore!!! I can understand a couple of days, maybe even a week, but for not this long. We as contributors are what makes these sites money, we should definately be a little higher on the  priority list. It's almost the end of October... and this started at the beginning of it....   >:(   Booooooooooooooooooooooooo StockXpert

Adobe Stock / Re: Payouts Delayed??
« on: October 24, 2008, 12:38 »
maybe they have certain days out of the month that they pay contributers, like maybe twice a month or something.... hence giving it the 2 week possible waiting period?
Mine took a week and a day, which seems kind of normal for me when Fotolia is involved.  Thank god i don't rely on this site for rent money!!!

Hi guys, laurin Rinder Here and just joined this group. I joined because it seems I, and we, can talk freely without fear of being banned or accused of something horrible and brusing someones ego at Canstock.. I have 2700 posts on SS, Done tons of interviews and magazine articles published about this business because, I've  done it for over 35 years. This post is specific about Canstock, Many more posts to come about other sites. I've been with them for well over a year. 800 images as of today, I have made $173.00. !!Thats a total for  14 months.   Something is horribly wrong at this site and by the looks of hundreds of posts all over the internet regarding RF stock , I am not alone in this observation. I have long term friends with a lot more than my meager 800 that confirm this same conclusion. This site will not it seems,  get there  poo together. I have just cashed out my last $50.00 and am closing my account. I left $26.00 and told admin to keep it and apply it to the non-exsistent AD budjet. My advice , Dont waste your time. My loyalities are with you , The artists that do the work, long nights uploading on a chance All these wannabes  will do the right thing and work for us.  I make $150.00 every 3 days at SS with the exact same images. My review is a heavy HANDS DOWN on Canstock. Just keeping it Real my friends and I'll never steer You wrong.

Ouch ... a little harsh don't you think.. there are some people who are making money there and i personally don't think it's fair to be blurting out such insinuations without proof... Rinder.. i admire you as a  photographer.......  You didn't like CanStockPhoto so you left...  but to send out  such personal nasty attacks on something is just tasteless in my opinion..  professional photographer or not .. there i still something called 'being considerate'
