2. We can't see what you see at other agencies. If you'd be able to design something, I'll channel the feedback to our IT team, perhaps we can work it into our system as well. You may email me directly: [email protected].

Alex.
At Dreamstime, when logged in, it takes me exactly one click (click on the earnings amount) to get to the list of all downloads sorted in chronological order. Very convenient and useful.

I have to agree. I wish 123RF would give DP and Dreamstime a good hard look and use those two agencies as a revamping model. Love the agency but HATE their flakey contributor's site.  >:(

totally agree with the OP

Please answer the following questions:

1. Why didn't we get to hear this via a site e-mail or a frontpage announcement? Not every contributor reads the MSG forums. +1
2. Why didn't you announce it 3 months prior?
3. Why punish contributors with a commission cut anyway? Contributors should be rewarded for being at 123RF, not penalized. +1

4. Why are files pending review for 2 weeks or more? it has something to do with new commission structure?
5. How can we know that this commission cut won't turn into another cut for ALL users in a few months??  ???

I just wonder how do they do to catch images that were previously rejected months ago, it's some kind of software??

C'mon! a lot of you have been complaining about recent inconsistent SS reviews, weird and nosense rejections... and now you claim that "resubmitting is bad" and that the OP deserved to be kicked off??? so, what do you do when you get that inconsistent reviews? just resign??

I just would like to make a suggestion for 123RF: make the site more community oriented. I find the general interface a bit poor, I would love semthing like DT
123RF is growing very fast recently, review times have improved and sales are higher. I think the general web needs to be worked a tad

Dreamstime.com / Attila the reviewer strikes again in DreamsTime
« on: September 27, 2011, 08:47 »
Good days are over again in DT, Attila the reviewer strikes again with the "too similar" or "not what we are looking for" rejections  >:( >:( >:( >:(

I've never been a fan of the contributor as inspector or LCV rejections. The thing I really hate are the new images a week after my rejection that are approved, taken by someone else, but with the same concepts/lighting/poses to the ones that  I took. There was a big blow up in the forums about rejections a few years back but my posts on the subject were deleted. For the record I didn't start the thread, I just asked what the difference was between my images and the ones that were approved.

This have also happened to me a pile of times, and it's the most pissing off crap that you can came across in the MS agencies >:( >:( >:(

I have to agree with Pseudonyms on this one. If people cant take the heat in forum discussions or whatever, they should stay away. No pain no game. Besides, lately almost every thread is a voice of frustration.

If we start this sissy business of filtering through threads, etc, soon we be down on the Lobo level of locking everything. One thing which is admireable with this forum is Free speech!

Adobe Stock / Fotolia amplicate page.. what's up?
« on: July 19, 2011, 04:11 »
I couldn't care less about them being investigated for fraud. I couldn't care less if they definitely sink. Maybe if they fail, other fairer agencies (like 123RF or canstock) could raise

Seems like they have removed lots of user accounts keeping users earnings

something goes wrong

I would like your 2 cents  ;)

In SS I don't know because rev. are a bit of hidden, but in Fotolia and Dreamstime, the most of them are also contributors with its images online. Do you think that they have preferential treatment in approvals and get their images rather approved than normal contributors?

it means that they can do what they want when they want, no matter if this bothers the contributors

It seems like IS and SS are eating small fishes, I wonder if DT and FT will remain independent in the future or are they going to be eaten by the majors (SS and IS)
