I used to have one or two sales per month until February but not a single one after that...
Same here. Nothing since the commission cut.

No payment yet, but I'm not worried.
What I do wonder, is why they didn't wait with all these payments until they actually had closed.
I have a new sale of $1,05 now, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. So much extra work for them!

We will be testing prices for the standard licenses of the Core and Prime collections to validate our price offerings starting on April 4. This will take place over a period of a few months. You may observe prices changing during this testing period.
I wonder how it looks in a few months! So glad I chose to build my webpage through 500px.....

I am sure I see only Standard licenses at 60%. All the Extended license Add-ons give 40%.
And again all this crap about "rewarding" the creators - Without the creators, there would be nothing to sell!

Looks like they have fixed it already! It was supposed to have been set to 50, and not 30 
It's back at 80 keywords now. Apparently there was never supposed to be any change at all.
"We are sorry about this. Due to a small bug (which is now fixed) the limit was set to 30 keywords. Everything is back on track now. Thank you for understanding."
Yeah, I saw they had edited their first post. They first said that due to a small bug, they couldn't set the limit to 50. Makes me wonder what they actually intended/tried to do....if anything

Not that I am one of the down voters. But I just figured that since the button says "Disagree", a lot of people were just saying they didn't have a good Sunday And if they pressed the "Agree" button, that would mean that they too had a good Sunday. Maybe? Congrats though - I love to hear some good news. That means it is still hope

I've had a few sales there. They show up right away under pending sales.
Have you ever had to wait before they show in "pending"? I'm new on 500px, and had a sale there about 2 weeks ago. It does show under all time sales, but pending still says $0. Edit: Ah..stupid me, I looked under Payments, and not Sales.. Nevermind

I just wrote them and demanded more information... I was quite angry in the mail actually ;-) It just can't be overpayment when my number of downloaded files has gone down so drasticly as well.
Anyway, I am glad it didn't happen to all of you also!!

"Kindly note that your Earnings balance is correct.
There were occasions that we made an overpayment or underpayment to you in previous payouts. Our Finance team have found that we had overpaid you with total of USD$ 97.66 on other previous payouts.

More money deducted.
I have now lost for January through May 2014 also. Can they actually return sales for files downloaded more than a year ago?
I have written them another email - waiting for a reply.

It was suddenly down $39.01 yesterday.
So I have checked both 2014 and 2015. And 18 files are gone from July '14, 9 files gone from Sept '14, 27 files gone from Dec '14, and 9 files gone from this month.
Shouldn't they have let us know when the returned sales are this many? I find it very strange that they just deduct all this from our earnings balance without even notifying us.
Anyway, I wrote them an email before I noticed I had to look all the way back to July 2014.
I hope the rest of you haven't lost much, but I guess it can't be just me...

For me it's Istock that is waaaay off. All the other agencies seems to be on track.
Istock is actually 80% below my normal half-month sales.

I got it to, and it says our click through rate - not sales rate. So I guess a lot of people are looking at our pictures without buying them  Anyway, I was thinking they just sent out this mail to everyone to get more pictures...

I still have a small portfolio with only about 1800 pictures, and I only do travel photography. But 2013 is the first year my overall earnings are down compared to previous years  I have increased my portfolio 100% since 2012. My sales have increased by 12 %. And my earnings are down 1 %. Shutterstock is my number one with 45% of total income Istock 13% Dreamstime 6% 123rf 5% Depositphotos 5% Fotolia 4% Zoonar 3%

It seems like Microstocksubmitter are sometimes adding text in the description field at Bigstock ? It says "See my other work in Portfolio" or "This image has attached release". I definitely didn't write that So the pictures are getting back in "Pending your edit" with a note saying "This is not allowed" I couldn't find any settings in the program concerning this...

I have a "page" of facebook, but when I paste the link into the facebook link "template" URL they have, it tells me that it may only consist of letters and numbers and it does (except for the front slash required after the word "page" in the URL)?
Use only the 15 numbers at the end of your facebook URL
