With regards to all issues related to our earnings reporting and payment that you are experiencing, we'd like to notify you that we are currently upgrading our earnings reporting to ensure more accurate and faster reporting for all contributors.

We are also aware and understand that the reportings for the past couple of weeks have been problematic, our team is working around the clock to fix the problem and are trying our very best to ensure better, more stable and timely earnings reports for everyone. Your continued patience is very much appreciated. We estimate that this problem will be fixed by the mid of next week - March 3, 2010.

Please rest assure that all downloads are continued to be logged and we will act in a fair and responsible manner to all our Contributors.
We commit to pay all missed payments as soon as our server can produce accurate earnings reports for everyone.

I don't have any problem other selling too little, but today I got a sale on S size that paid me 1.50, when it's normally 0.60.  Any clues?

Hello there,

We did a check on your download. That particular download that you're referring to is a P - Print size (Med). Hence, it's correct at $1.50 per download. :)

To all 123rf Contributors,

You may now check downloads that have been refunded due to various reasons from your 'Downloaded' page. Simply select the month and year, go to the last page of your downloaded stats. All subscription and credit downloads will be reflected there with a highlighted 'Refunded' word below the amount earned for that image.

The latest rejections which actually had a comment attached are ridiculous.

This image (which has sold today on GL) for instance:

http://graphicleftovers.com/graphic/search-light-city/

Rejected by 123RF because "This image requires you to provide and attach the proper model or property releases."

They want a property release for a made-up city horizon?!  Give me a break. Are the reviewers actually LOOKING at the images or just glancing at them before pressing the 'trash' button.

This image was also rejected for the same reason:

Hi Devonsun,

A quick check on your account showed that the files that you mentioned above were rejected because they had appeared to be corrupted. If you were to log in to your account, at the History page-- Rejection, you will see that the image thumbnail does not show and instead a square box with a red X is shown. This is because the file wasn't fully uploaded. Hence, only the word "Rejected" in red is shown.

Hi All,

Basically our editorial upload procedure is rather simple. If you are currently a contributor at our site, the upload method is very much the same (web form). Only 2 simple steps, upload and keyword a minimum of 7 words and your editorial images are ready for reviews. Our team has been instructed to be more lenient on editorial acceptance compared to normal RF reviews.

Why not give our editorial upload a try. There's no harm trying and most of all, there's nothing to lose :)
