I am pretty sure there are many stock photo contributors who have passed away, but their photos remain on sale at stock photo websites. And I am also sure there are lots of royalties from these photos which have been accumulating and not cashed-in due to this.

1. Can I transfer the ownership of my photos to somebody else when my time on this planet is up?
2. Can the beneficiary of my photos continue to earn royalties from sales of these photos?
3. How are these photos managed by the stock agencies?

Continued....

When I searched other photos on the website with Google's reverse search, I see that many are available on sale at 123rf.com as well as other sites.

The website owner has ignored my subsequent emails. I am sure 123rf.com has also contacted the website admin, but the links to the high-res images are still there, openly available for downloads.

It is not good for contributors like us when the buyers are ignorant of the terms and conditions. Do you think 123rf.com can help us on this or how far are they willing to go to protect us, the contributors?

I have contacted the website owner who claimed to have bought my photo from 123rf.com. I have checked with 123rf.com and they confirmed that this is an infringement of the terms and conditions of their EULA, (http://www.123rf.com/license.php) Clause no.4, section a, b, c and d.
