Hi,

I am just after buying this WebSite (Yesterday) www.GreatStockPhoto.com, looked like it was nicely put together, I think the Model the previous owner was using was wrong in a few different ways which I hope to correct.

I would Love to get some suggestions from some of the people here of what I can do to turn this site into something special.

I think :

(1) the Subscription feature has to go

(2) High Quality Photos submitted by photographers are being lost in categorys full of Low Res Photos, this needs to be addressed, I would prefer to focus on quality content rather than have a million unoriginal stock photos on board.

(3) Marketing (What I know best)

All suggestions are welcome
